The door to our room was really difficult to open and close. It needs a little work since you can't leave the room or come in late without waking everyone up with a loud door scratching the floor.

This was a hostel in a great location. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the views of the lake and the food in the adjacent restaurant.

It felt strange not to be en-suite, and the shared toilets were not as clean in some Youth Hostels. Not to have kitchen facilities, was strange, as they are normally present at youth hostels.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The attached water complex with 6 saunas was an unexpected bonus.

Of course, the fact that you need to take showers that are shared is quite annoying but it is normal because its a youth hostel and not a luxe hotel.

I quite liked the stay well. Of course, you should not expect everything in a hotel because it is a hostel. The beds were great and there was enough room for the number of people present. And the location is very good.

Hygiene not good room plenty dust onder the bed, room warm no air conditioner even electric fun, bed is noisy if you move. Pillows are very flat.

It was no problem for us to accept most of the rules applicable in the hostel but it is completely incomprehensible that the managers do not comply with basic EU regulations (GDPR). How come you require from your staff to copy guest's ID and both sides of credit card?! You are only allowed to ask your guest to present indispensable documents and write down some data but no xerox copies! Of course it is a hostel but we missed private bathroom and small table :-) The "economical" shower may also be annoying for some people.

The hostel surroundings are really nice and inviting. You can sit and enjoy the nature or watch wakeboarders. If you are young, love sport and company, it is a good place to stay. We did not want to have any room mates and this was guaranteed so we cannot complain. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant was really cosy and the bar outside also met our expectations. The toilets were very clean. Nice to get a traditional key to the door - it always works. :-)

The price. This is a BARE MINIMUM hostel, yet it costs the same as a hotel. You really should provide a fridge to each room. You also need to put in some hooks to hang things. And for goodness sake buy some fitted sheets. There is no place to sit since the beds are packed in like sardines in a can. Good thing I brought some chairs with me. The shower room has hooks, but the floor has no drain and so the dripping things got the floor wet and there was no where for the water to go. Why do guest still have to pay for parking? Not cool. The restaurant is overpriced, didn't have available tables, and the food was subpar, especially considering the price. The vibe was pretentious pretending to be California chill. You can't have it both ways. Drunks kept us up all night. Those drunks left their not so empty bottles/cups in the shower room. The staff smoked in the doorway and stank up the whole place.

the fact that windows could not be opened in the rooms and there was bad air. also: the reception takes photos of your credit card, recto verso, if you don’t have 100 eur cash for room deposit. there are other techniques (block money on card, then liberate it) than to take pictures of confidential data.

great location around the lake. ideal for people who do watersports.

We did not enjoy our stay at all as we found mice and frogs in our rooms and hallways. The air quality in the rooms is very bad as the windows cannot be opened and the ventilation doesn't make any difference. After providing this initial negative review, the owner called and threatened us to remove this honest but unfortunately negative review. Cannot recommend others to stay in this hostel despite its low price.

Police had to remove guests that were drunk, making noise and aggressive. Unfortunately we could not find the emergency numbers to contact someone about it at 2 am! ... but luckily others got a hold of the police and the owner. This has had no impact on the rating.The sarcasm and low level of respect we were provided with when we complained however did! Mail conversation attached in the photos of the property. We were not provided all information, the floor was dirty, it was noisy (sure hostel) a if you read the response mail, we did not even get a "sorry" ... It's unfortunate but we cannot recommend this hostel. I think their response says it all.
