When we entered the hotel, we were not welcomed in a friendly way. The girl at the reception acted like she didn't expect anyone that day. We wanted to park our car in the hotel parking, this also was a bit difficult to arrange. We reserved a parking place and had to come back later to park the car. When we came back at the agreed time, we were told the parking was full. It felt a bit like they preferred not to have anyone park there.

The location was perfect, breakfast options were limited but fine, room was small but comfortable.

They gave us a very small twin room which had fire escape steps going down past the window, which only swung open, wouldn’t tip, so was not secure and had a rather warm night. Should have asked for a room swap but didn’t get around to it!

Friendly staff, good location, new and clean facility and even a lounge area with kitchen facilities. Breakfast was fine and parking 10 min walk away convenient and reasonable price. They kept our bags during the morning too before we left after lunch. Thanks!

My toilet was dirty when I checked-in. I am not expecting a perfect cleanliness under some hard to reach spots, e.g. under the bed, but having a clean toilet is a minimum one should adhere to.

The location is very central. The staff was nice and bed was very comfortable. Value for money is great!

Noisy, both the student walking in the street with lightly insulated windows, and student group statin in the same hotel closing doors loudly till late. Sound insulation not ideal. Not hotel does double as a hostel.

The positioning of the toilet and sink was rather uncomfortable, the toliet had been positioned almost under the sink so you had to put your leg under the sink to use the toilet.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and bed was nice and comfy (if a bit high !). Lovely fresh bread on the breakfast, and good coffee.

There was not much choice for a breakfast, I missed for example boiled eggs. Also, when more than few people were present, the space by the buffet was quite limited. However, the food was tasty and price was good.

I liked that the location was quiet while still being close to the train station. The apartment was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything seemed clean to me. I also liked the common room with the kitchen so we could also prepare our own meals or socialize with other guests.

I'd like a headboard on the beds, and perhaps more generous amounts of fruit and vegetables out for breakfast. However, breakfast was not expensive so still reasonable value for money. Also, as the only window opened over the inner courtyard onto a staircase, and was apparently designed for climbing out of in an emergency, it would be nice to have an alternative secure way to have fresh air into the room overnight.

Helpful staff (eg, advised on car parks and how to get there). Very clean. Good en suite bathroom. We slept well, despite this hotel being in the middle of the town.
