The price does not match with the internal furnishing, they ae a bit old and not functional.

The hotel is located in a descent environment. The staff are very friendly. However value is a bit negotiable..

Very good breakfast in a nice environment with a view on a beautiful garden. Friendly staff. The hotel is well located for my purpose in a nice village. Some shops nearby. Excellent restaurant is next door.

A lovely opportunity to stay in a good hotel that would normally be above my budget.

The room was very dusty on the first day, which necessitated that I needed to take allergy medication for the first 2 days, but after that it was better.

The room was lovely, very large and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. The view down the street in the front was amazing, and sitting at breakfast and watching the squirrels in the garden was very tranquil. The owners and staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is well situated, and there is lots of parking.

    We liked everything.

My mother and I really enjoyed the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and very plentiful. They had everything you could want and easily catered to most tastes and needs.

If you are a light sleeper you might be annoyed by neighboring rooms that slap their doors, also you can hear a lot, noise isolation is not so good but on the plus side, the outside area is very very calm. I am not a fan of carpets in hotels but that’s a personal preference.

Very pretty place, calm surroundings, the lafy at the reception was exceptionally nice, calm and welcoming, it felt like home away from home! :-) the « honnesty bar » was a nice touch and the breakfast area had quality products and a nice terrace with a view on the park. The room was very big and the bathroom was nicely lit and spacious. I have really appreciated that the receptionist helped me get a cab at difficult times (tomorrowland festival makes it hard to find).

The hotel castle itself doesn’t feel like a castle anymore. On the website it doesn’t say anything about paying for dog, we’ve been charged 40 euro for 2 little teckels. We woke up in the night due to false fire alarm, but nobody tell us anything while there were polices and firefighters on the location. We don’t mind too much about this, but our night rest was disturbed.

The restaurant Bistro Millefeuille at the same location as the hotel is worth to visit, but too bad the reception didn’t tell us about the package that includes dining at this restaurant while we’ve already asked what the hotel could offer for upgrade to deluxe room. It was cheaper in total when you buy this package instead of booking seperately. The surrounding garden and area was nice for a walk. Free car charging, though it works very slowly.

No restaurant or bar. Optional breakfast very expensive for what was on offer, mini fridges in two of our three rooms didn't work.

Nice hotel run by a lovely couple. The Hotel is just outside Antwerp - next to a park, perfect for a morning walk. It’s a 20 minute drive to the center of Antwerp. Tip: Book a table at the restaurant next to the hotel - Restaurant Millefeuille in advance- it’s very popular!

One of the worst nights sleeping anywhere. Summer day, extremely hot room, with no functional air-conditioning, just a fan. A thick winter style blanket on the bed, WAY too warm to use to finish off with. And so, so many mosquitos in the room... Absolutely horrible. Could hear multiple circling around simultaneously, and actively feel multiple of them landing on any exposed skin like it was feeding season. This night was no joke... Hot, sweaty, mosquito ridden. Before 3 am I was already scratching the many mosquito bites. Oh, the bedside lights can't be switched off at the light. Only with a button that kills the whole plug, and stops any and all charging of devices too.

Spacious, clean rooms in an overal beautiful hotel
