Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOne of the better hotels I have stayed in for a while. The staff were very friendly, helpful and provided excellent tips and suggestions on what to see and do, along with some brilliant restaurant recommendations. The hotel was very clean and located a 10 minute or so walk from the center. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be staying here if I find myself back in Bruges.

Everything! The room had a really big bed that was so comfortable that it was like spleeping in heaven. The swimming pool had a relaxing ambiance with green lights. The water was warm. Perfect for raining moments. What about the breakfast? Just fantastic, with a lot of choice and everything was tasty. The personal was nice and really helpful.

The staff were lovely and very helpful! They made our stay in Brugge lovelier and easier. Always had a warm smile for us. Thank you very much! Our room was beyond beautiful! With a beautiful open air seating area! The bus stop is a minute walk. The swimming pool is warm, it helps to relax the body after a day of walking!
