The room was smaller than we were picturing, It was noisy in the corridors and the walls were not enough sound proof, No room service and what not...

We loved Breakfast, The staff was amazing, The IBIS hotel in Aalst location is wonderful and we were able to take a walk a couple times and loved what we saw. Thanks

Only half the tv channels worked, okay not purposely of visit to watch tv but chilling out for a few hours before going for dinner would have been nice. Apart from that, breakfast a little expensive but okay

The service. We had arranged with Ibis to arrive at 3:00, when we did arrive we found our rooms had been cancelled.

The room was so hot, there was to be no way to control the air temperature in the room, although there was air-conditioning it was only able to blow air there was no way to control the temperature, we were assuming that the controller was broken, ideally we should have asked to change rooms but we had unpacked when we found this out. We were hoping that the hotel would be a little nearer to the centre so we could walk and get some food, in the end we ended up eating at the hotel, which was a little expensive

The room was very warm, AC didn’t seem to get cool. The hotel could use some upgrading. Parking was confusing with restricted hours.

The hottest day of the year, with the AC on full, you could barely notice it.

A very nice stop, just off the motorway, but in a rural setting. The hotel was very comfortable, staff helpful and breakfast was good and plentiful. I will definitely stay again.

Apparently management has changed and left it woefully short of personnel, removed the chef so halving the menu and making the already stretched staff to deal with the snack menu leading to more waiting time for customers at the bar areas etc, shame the concept worked very well previously, I look forward to a change in management and a return to what was a very good venue!

Hair on the bathroom wall, very used towels with holes, almost empty hand soap. Just one socket next to table in the room.

Very nice breakfast buffet with vegan options (milk). Bar served coffee all day. Close to highway, easy to find parking.

Sent to uncleaned room to start but soon resolved. Bar eating area full of used plates on 5 or so tables not cleared away. No food on the menu presume run out - very disappointing. Food from previous night still on floor at breakfast.

The manager was unapproachable and seemed to be on the miserable side. My room was located with a very poor view and was not to my expectations.

The hotel was small but nice, the staff were very friendly, however the manager was unapproachable but accommodating. The reception area was calm, quiet, and welcoming. It was a clean hotel with a friendly atmosphere.

No power plugs to charge the phone. Only one in the bathroom. Problem with parking, very little parking spaces to park outside, extra paid underground parking

- Breakfast wasn't worth €17. The pastry tasted like from the previous day. The sausages were dry. Better to get a fresh pastry from a local bakery. - No fridge in the room. - Bathroom felt crammed like on a boat.

- Tesla Supercharger in front of the hotel. - Just off the highway between Brussels and Ghent. - Fairly modern building though a bit bland design. - Free wifi in rooms and in the lobby, which is suitable for work with desks and plugs (also used by people charging their car) - Free welcome drink when booked through Booking - Parking at the hotel is limited but street parking is free and abundant.

The drainage in our bathroom smelled really bad with wastewater. This got a bit better after we took a shower.
