The overall cleanness should improve, the water in the swimming pool could be cleaner. Too far from Durbuy center which not necessarily is the big issue if you don't mind to drive down to the city. Walking is not pleasant

Easy parking, next to my room, easy pack and unpack, room nicely located next to the swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner was very nice.

Limited pool/fitness hours (1000-1900). Shower in room was fine but could be better.

The only thing we didnt expect was the temperature of the pool, I expected it to be warm but it wasnt, clearly suitable for some, but too cold for us to swim which was disappointing as this is why we chose a place with a pool.

Room was nice with the best part that it opened to the pool area which was nice to sit out at night by the pool next to your room. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

Staff rather limited in communication (french).

Great & quiet room. Delicious & copious breakfast buffet. Great pool in tropical setting (plants). Great & concerned owner who supervises & ensures customer contact as necessary !

The exterior of the hotel needs some maintenance. We were disappointed when we arrived. Taxi service from town is not very helpful and has limited capacity, so walking to Durbuy centre might be the safest bet if you plan on not to using your own car.

The rooms were very clean and sufficient for our purpose staying there for a weekend playing golf with a few friends. Breakfast was good and friendly host. Would come back for a weekend with friends when if you are planning to be out and about exploring the area.

Cleaner must have had the year off, stains on the curtains and bed linen, dirt on the floors spiders webs etc

Unfortunately we could not stay an extra night as it was fully booked.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like special guests. The room in the Japanese garden was modern, clean and well equipped. The food was first class, great value for money and tasted superb. We will be coming back.

Everything great .....only the weather was changeable.

Our room was beside the pool and was excellent. Breakfast was perfect always fresh and large variety ....with jam made by chef. the pool was super and clean and a great ambience I enjoyed peaceful swimming,

The staff was very friendly, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious as well (fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, bread rolls, mini pastries, etc.) We also enjoyed going swimming, I loved that it was a biological pool and not chloride. Dressing robes were in the room, as well as slippers, which was handy for the pool. We chose to stay for dinner one of our evenings because we knew we'd be tired after a long hike. Food was tasty (my lamb was perfect and my dessert - crème brûlée - was perfect as well). They ask you to choose your dishes before 17h since it's all freshly made. I think that's a great idea. On top of that the people at reception and also waiters could switch effortlessly between languages: French, Dutch, English, all spoken fluently. We had an excellent stay.

Minus for: - the lack of a big bed (only two singles next to each other) - very tiny bathroom with and old/ used plastic shower curtain instead of a cabin. - windows that can’t be completely open

A great host, very tasty food, nice swimming pool and good temperature! What did I like: - Swimming pool - Swimming pool area - Food - Host - Workers - Garden - A lot of green places around - Pets friendly - Good location - reasonable distance from the majority of local trails and the city center

You had to pay extra for the sauna. A very little bathroom (no place to close the door). Heating in the room; one part was very hot, the other stayed cold.

There was a lot of choice for breakfast. They have a big parking place. It's close to the centre of Durbuy (by car).

The tropical pool was actually quite cold. Should be heated better. I was not informed upfront that the sauna is charged per session, so the bill upon checkout was a surprise. I arrived on a Thursday and there were not enough guests for them to provide the buffet breakfast, so instead we were asked to fill in a list of breakfast items the evening before. That was a real bummer as the buffet is part of the fun when going to a hotel.

They did not clean our room on the second day.. it is full of dust. The facilities are needed to be updated. Not so sure of a Bio swimmingpool if this is safe😪

The structure was so well laid out, direct access to the tropical pool from the room, heating system that warmed the room up very quickly as needed, the food was delicious, like eating at a high level restaurant every day and the kindness of all the staff was impressive. Extra bath robes for the kids to ensure their could dry while they used new ones etc. The fact we could have our dog with us and use the gym were also a plus!
