The shower head could not be adjusted and was located on the side of the shower instead of the front of the tub. Because the shower head could not be adjusted, the flow of water easily sprayed past the shower curtain and soaked the floor.

The breakfast was excellent.

The showerfloor is slippery when wet so we had to put a towel on the shower floor. Maybe the hotel can provide a mat or something for elderly people like us so that there are no accidents.

Very friendly staff, breakfast is fantastic there is something for everyone and more. The room is a good size with comfy beds and the bathroom very modern and pleasant. Location near the Zwin is amazing !

Our stay here was superb, the location was absolutely spot on for what we needed. Everyone everywhere rode bikes and this made getting about very easy as the cycle paths were great and easy to navigate. We loved the beaches and strolling along the sea front. The area has a very relaxed, chilled vibe and we would most definitely return as we ran out of time to explore further. Holland was very close and we would have loved to have cycled out there for a look around. All of the staff at this hotel were super lovely and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing.! The outside seating area was lovely and relaxing and well equipped. There was a snack and drinks machine which had cider, beer and wine in also if you wanted to buy it. The shoe shining machine was a lovely touch and something I've never seen before. The decor was just lovely and had been painted with some lovely birds. We literally couldn't fault anything and fully enjoyed staying here.

Just a suggestion for other clients staying more than 2 nights a larger room would be a better choice . I assume more clothes hanging space and drawers would be available. The room had separate shower and toilet both small spatially which was no problem for us as we are slim build.Anyone of larger stature could find their use awkward.

Reception,on line check in ,information about the area and the adjacent nature reserve maps and walking guides was excellent. Quiet in the evening, warm comfortable bedroom adequate for our stay. Extremely good variety offered for breakfast, both continental and hot food available. Staff were all polite well spoken and helpful. I knew I had booked a small room so it was much larger than expected on arrival.

very good location, quiet neighbourhood, the staff is very friendly and helpful, there is parking space available (extra cost). We could park our car already several hours before check-in. Breakfast is fabulous! And perfect service too! And we received extra complimentary cookies! Very close to Het Zwin.

Having two hot meals in a restaurant per day is sometimes a bit too much. Just a suggestion: it would be an additional surplus if the hotel could provide the possibility to buy a light lunchbox.

We were at St Pol for the fourth time. As always, the service was friendly and to the point. The room was well and comfortably equipped. The breakfasts were excellent. And the location of the hotel is perfect, very quiet, close to the Zwin and to the Oosthoek with a few good restaurants.
