There was outside noise as the hotel is on a main road. However, the few days of my stay coincided with the hot temperature, so perhaps it was noisier than usual.

I found the staff at the hotel very helpful and accommodating. During the heatwave, the hotel provided guests with a large electric fan. The hotel is approximately 3km from the centre of Brussels and there is information about activities to do during one's stay. My flight was in the evening and despite checking out at 12 noon, I was able to use the downstairs patio area and seating area in reception for a few hours. The hotel also kindly arranged a taxi to the airport that cost approximately 45 Euros. True to other reviews, the buffet breakfast was very good quality and catered to a range of preferences.

Wifi is just bad. Very inconsistent and not reliable at all. When works, also very slow... Time to change wifi equipment and add mesh. If you expect to work, please be aware of this Location is fine. Residential area, no much going on but this isn't the hotel problem. Public transport close enough.

Breakfast buffet is small but plentiful with enough options (no warm food though!). The room are spacious, clean and well decorated.

It was an exceptionally hot day (~30 degrees) but there was no AC, the hotel provided fans which was nice but was still very hot. Surrounding area isn’t the nicest but walking distance to the south train station.

It is a residential area, there are schools around so it is not dangerous. It is a 20 minute walk to the city center. I left the hotel around 7.00 in the morning but it was quite safe to walk.As all over the world, it is still recommended to be careful at all times.

The hotel is great. Good rooms, Housecleaning was provided everyday. Breakfast was sufficient. The staff was helpful and the chocolate gift at the check-out was really kind.

The area does not have much to offer in terms of restaurants shops etc.

The room was spacious, clean and in good state. The breakfast was simple buffet but surprisingly good! Do not expect like warm food etc, but it has plenty of options with bread etc.

We didn't quite like the breakfast room that it was too small for the amount of people there were. The mattress on the bed was not a big one ,but 2 small. Like 2 single put together, but it was not such a big problem. Also the location is not really close to the center, but you could walk to the nearest station which is 10-20 minutes away. Even to the center you could walk , but its around 40 minutes (4,5km)

The hotel was beautiful, rooms clean. We had everything we needed. At the reception is always someone if you have any question. Even questions about trains station, or other information. Very polite

The location was, honestly, quite poor. Probably worth the money, but not really a great district, although it is 15-20 min from the city centre by tram, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Our communication with the staff was really pleasant. When we checked in the girl at the reception found a room with both a hot tub and a double bed for us, while usually it's a choice between two. We also skipped cleaning one day and it wasn't a problem to ask to change towels at the reception. A large TV with netflix was also great. Breakfast was quite simple at first glance, but there was actually plenty to choose from, I have nothing to complain about.

- uncomfortable beds - no ventilation in the bathroom (the room was full of steam after each shower) - the breakfast could be more diverse (for example: bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages)
