The only thing to note is to be cautious of strangers outside the hotel. For security, the main door is closed at night and only accessible to guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near Brussels Midi train station, providing easy access to travel within and outside the city (including Eurostar) and within walking distance of major attractions like Grand Place. The room was clean, well-organized, and spacious. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, supportive, and responsive. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, promptly addressing any requests. There were several supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and we look forward to our next visit to Novotel Midi Brussels.

I woke up in the morning with several insect bites. The window was shut and no mosquitos in the room, and from how the bite looks, I suspect there may have been bed bugs on the bed. I reported this to the reception and sent an email to the hotel but no response after more than one week.

Location means it's hard to shut out street noise. Room is warm with no apparent way to change temperature. Shower is an absolute hazard, with no reachable grip rail and a wobbly tub floor. It was a struggle to avoid falling.

Staff were absolutely great. Location is very easy access from Brussels Midi. Great bed and pillows.

It is a shame the restaurant was not open on Saturday evening. Minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious room, staff were lovely and helpful. Loved the heater light in the bathroom. It was very handy we could leave our luggage at reception pre check-in and post check-out. Location is also convenient Midi station in arm’s reach, with metro, trams, buses. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The area around Midi station is just OK. But the hotel is very close to the center of the city.

The room was quiet. I had dinner at the hotel and the dinner was very good. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is right across the street from the station where I got the train to London.

Location, run down part of city next to train station. Staff told us to not speak to anyone if they approached us. Didnt feel safe. Rooms need another mirror, only 1 in hall and a minibar or fridge with real milk for coffee. Price for breakfast well inflated!

I don't like the location of the hotel. And also the parking entrance was blocked by car (even so there was no parking sign).

The shower was inside the bathtub and it was not in a comfortable position for showering. We expected more from the breakfast considering the price. The surrounding area, near a big train station, feels unsafe.

Sadly not the accommodation fault but the area around the Midi Train station day and night is very risky. Never venture out at night without your own security. Sadly Brussell's is becoming high risk in many area's!!!!!!!

Very nice Hotel for the area. Staff were all amazing and very easy short walk from Midi Train station. Staff gave extremely caring instruction for movement around the area. Good walking distance to the Flea Markets in Brussell's. Crazy extremely large produce market out front on the Sunday morning, big eye opener how big this was.

The people outside the hotel. Very rough and criminell athmosphere. Parking is immense expensive. The Q parking lot robbs 80 Euros for 2 days. Crazy

Very nice room modern with view to the Gare MIDI but still very quiet due to good windows. Breakfast was good. Nice to have free refill of water in the lobby

Location excellent for travelling via Eurostar. There was plenty of choice for breakfast but we did not pre-book as do not normally eat it. We did try it on one day but as not pre-booked it was rather expensive.

The location, although very convenient for the station, was a little rough looking. Did not feel it would be safe at night. The room prices were quite high considering the location; room was comfortable but not luxurious.

Breakfast was very good; wide variety of hot and cold options. Room sizes were fine, and clean environment.
