The sofa bed was very noisy, we had a baby sleeping and with any small movement the noice was none stop There was no soap in the toilet We have to prepare the beds by ourselves and collect the bed sheets by the end of our stay No towels, we had to bring ours

we were a little disappointed with a few things. And once disappointed, it's easy to find some other things that can be better. The beds are uncomfortable. Maybe good with kids but not for a romantic weekend with your partner. Besides, leaving the apartment at 10 O clock is for the same reason too early. Also, the sheets are the same as they give us in medical hospitals with that difference that in a hospital, someone made your bed for you :-) Some lights were not working. I put the lamp in a bowl on the table. I hope someone will understand that the thing is broken ans has to be changed. I found it not fun to have our car park outside. The parking is too expensive for a place so far from the sea-side. We had our bikes. But the bike parking is far from our apartment. Is it so difficult to put some bike parking at each apartment bloc? Also the bike parking is not very safe. there is almost no chance to attach your bike to a fixed post.

I liked the pool, sauna and hamam. Quiet place also. Easy to access.

This was a nice appartment complex with decent facilities. The room was not super big but it had all we (= 1 adult + 2 kids) needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was big. The bunk bed was rather small (especially regarding head space). There is a (small and basic) swimming pool in the Ibis hotel next door which you can freely use as well as a bar with a small food menu (also with breakfast options). There is also a playground with a little bouncy castle, a climbing boat and some other games (e.g. table football, petanque balls). It's a 5 min drive to the center of Nieuwpoort and to some grocery shops, it's a 20 drive to the seaside.

This apartment is ok not to bad for 3 people only one big problem car parking is not free for customers it’s very expensive even not free at night time if you park at night and move in the morning then it’s cost you €15 it’s not worth and you can’t find outside the building

Staff were friendly, queries through online chat were answered almost immediately even out of office hours and issue resolved within a couple of minutes. Apartment was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Grounds and facilities also really clean and well kept with plenty of options for kids

For the price, making your beds was not what I was expecting, the price to pay for your towels was too expensive, adults trying to get into the bunk beds proved a bit of a challenge, the couch was ripped

The main bed was a foldable sofabed. It’s nice to have a couch in the room for the daytime but in my opinion a good matrass is more important. The springs in the bed were painful to my body.

Sleeping corner could be a little bigger or just with 2 bunk beds ( 3rd one its quite hard to use as its to close to the ceiling, speciali if you have a bigger kid . ( not our case )
