Nothing everything as expected

Overnight stop to visit Bruges , located around 15 min drive to Bruges. Apartment very clean , a typical un manned property making beds, code access ect , all of went smoothly and would use again .

Having to do everything like make the beds up and take the bins out was a pain.

The shower was good. The beds were comfortable. Check in was easy.

Was very noisy early in the morning by the person cutting the grass around apartments.

It's a very nice location, apartments are very clean and comfortable. Not too far from Bruge town centre

The room was next to the main entrance and we could hear the sound very loud when people entered the code to enter. It was very annoying during early morning.

They gave us another apartment, that was at 1st foor, instead of the one at GF as in the pictures of our Booking.com reservation even though we selected this apt and paid a higher price on Booking.com because we wanted a GF apt, however they said that they give random apartments not the ones is the pictures on Booking and that if we want a specific apt we should pay an extra charge for this. The beds are not done, they charge you extra if you want sheets to be put on your bed. In the kitchen there is no coffee but you do have a coffee maker - however no restaurants or shops in the building. Towels are not included, they carge extra for these if you want towels. No soap or toiletries in the bathroom, but they do leave toiletpaper at least.

The apartment was ok, the bedrooms were like in the pictures.

Making up beds is extra charge so if you travel with kids, factor it in.

Very convenient location, off the highway. Communication with staff was amazing: super friendly and nice people, so grateful for their support. The space is very practical and in warm/hot weather I am sure it would be so beautiful. WiFi working well.

With the extra charges for bed linen, towels and pet fee we got to amount of hotel stay. Super inconvenient to make the beds (especially on top level of kids bed) and then to collect the linen before checkout. No toilet amenities at all. No any option for breakfast. For the final prices with all those extras we should have chosen a hotel.

Quite fresh and clean apartments. Keynolus for us that it is dog friendly.

We asked for a baby cot and paid an extra for that. The apartment was not equipped when we arrived and we had to call to request it.

There was not enough toilet paper for the whole stay. Cups were too small to enjoy the tea - bigger mugs would make the difference.

Easy check-in, apartment clean with very comfy beds. Very good location, close to Bruges and Gent (2 cities we visited). We liked that there was a sitting area outside, however some sort of fence would make a big difference - we were with 2 gods and had to keep them on the line.

Too expensive for this location. There are additional costs charged for the parking. The parking lot is not obvious to find. The bedsheets are to be put on and off by the guests themselves - could have been included considering the price. Towels can be borrowed for additional payment. The enter code for the litter container didn’t work.

We had to pay separately for towels post booking (a detail we missed initially). It would have been good if this was better highlighted and able to be processed as a part of the initial / single transaction.

Self check in and smooth well explained process. The rooms were also very dark allowing for sleeping in.

There should be some maintenance at the outside and cleanliness due to the contruction.

Its bit difficult to understand the codes and keys to the function. it was diffcult ti find the entrance.

Outside the garden door is a small area with a table and benches - but there is absolutely no privacy as the neighbors on both sides are only a couple of meters away with no barrier in between. That also means people (especially kids) are walking right in front of the glass wall, so inside privacy also isn't as good as it could be.

The apartment is quite small but decorated nicely and very functionally. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need for basic cooking and has glassware for both beer and wine. Free access to Klein Strand next door with a fun slide into a fresh water lake.

property is not a hotel, it’s a holiday rental, so beds are not made (although sheets are included), towels are extra and no toiletries included. Given the price we would have expected it to be included. probably interesting for a longer term stay where you plan to cook and eat in the kitchen, but it was not our case. Also we asked for 30 min extra for checkout, but cost was 30€, again a bit pricey.

Clean, good layout for family wiith separate bedroom for 3 kids, comfortable beds, easy parking, 15 min from Bruges. friendly staff (we forgot an item and they were really helpful to help us get it back)
