The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to many restaurants in the city. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I enjoyed the variety in the breakfast. I will definitely consider booking again at this hotel in the future.

Functional hotel very central in the city, deep between the new and old area of the city by an easy walk to everywhere; and very nearby the transportation areas. Practical room and thank you for following me special request of a quite room.

My room was rather small ( yet I do appreciate their efficient use of space so I felt handy and ok). Quite unfortunate that we were given a room on the ground floor. We could hear a man having a quarrel right outside our window. Worse still there was some construction taking place and it started slightly before 7 am. Fortunately we had a morning flight so it didn’t bother us too much.

The room is very new and very clean. Bedding is very comfortable. Breakfast is delightful and tasty with sufficient choices. Location is great being very convenient.

The food menu was almost half unavailable, it was bad because I have a child and the meals that could fit for her was not available, i tried two different meals and the return was that did not have the ingredients to cook. The parking lot that is near the hotel is really expensive, we spent more than 40 euros for 1 day. (this is not a hotel issue, but is the parking lot recommended by the hotel, so the feedback is needed).

The location is really good, the bed is great, shower and clean.

Breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station and city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, though they couldn't satisfy our request to place two rooms nearby, not even on the same floor. The breakfast was all right but could have included more hot food. Overall, a nice hotel for a one-night city explore.

I had to wait to check in as the desk was unattended and I couldn't see a bell to summon attention.

Excellent location between Central Station and shopping/historic centre and not far from either. Very new building. Comfortable room with easy chair, kettle and tea/coffee. Very clean. Very good breakfast buffet served in light, airy room free from music.

The coffee machines in the breakfast room are quite slow, resulting in queues and long waiting time. In fact, one morning I had put my breakfast on one of the tables before queueing for coffee. By the time I got back to my table, my breakfast had been cleared away and someone else had taken my seat.

Everything still looks very new and clean. Friendly staff, well-equipped rooms.

The hotel is conveniently situated, being only a few minutes walk from Antwerp Central Station. Members of staff were exceedingly friendly and offered whatever assistance we needed. The room we stayed in was very cosy and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection and was very nice too! Thank you guys.

Not the property’s fault, but our room faced the square and was occasionally very noisy during the night. The breakfast was ok, but not as wide a range of foods as in other hotels I’ve stayed in.

Very central, near to the railway station and restaurants, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. Very clean. They offered a free glass of good wine in exchange for not having the room cleaned every day!

The rooms are a little smaller compared to a few other hotels in the area within the same price range. The hotel is right next to the tram and bus station and is in a busy area. So it may be noisy in the late evenings and early nights if you get a room facing the stations. If you prefer a quieter room, you can ask for a room that is not facing the stations. They do not have hand sanitisers placed near the front desk or the breakfast buffet. WC is located on the -1 level. So, be prepared to take additional steps if you are germophobic.

The hotel is very near to the train station. It is convenient to walk from the train station to the hotel and not depend on the public transport. The hotel is right next to the tram and bus stations. Catching public transport to different part of the city from the hotel is very easy. The hotel has a luggage hold facility and can be utilized before check-in and after check-out The hotel rooms are clean and all the facilities were available as advertised. There is enough storage for clothing. The breakfast table has enough options and is priced reasonably (If not included already in the price). There are many eateries near the hotel. Hence, there are a lot of places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The duty managers and hotel staff are friendly and service-oriented. Major tourist attractions are at a walkable distance from the hotel.
