Because this property is in the center of Grote Markt, it can be fairly noisy at night (from people on the street). Ear plugs may be a good idea if this bothers you. The view and central location were definitely worth the trade off though!

Incredible location with a great view, clean facilities and very friendly staff. You will need to talk with a staff member inside of the restaurant to check in, but after that you can access the room from a door adjacent to the restaurant. There were quite a few flights of stairs, so not accessible for those with mobility issues, but the view was definitely worth it!

Steep steps add to the building's charm, but might be too much for someone who is mobility challenged or has a lot of luggage.

The stairs up to the top floor where our room was located were an absolute killer. Don't plan to bring more than cabin-sized bags up. I had a medium suitcase and I nearly died going up those narrow stairs.

You can enter the room via a code so NO key. However, there were key holes for the room. Through which you were able to watch INSIDE the room!!!! We took pictures of it and eventueel put a scarf around the door knob. This is quite problematic since all of the guest rooms had this however the staff rooms had closed key holes. Quite noisy, and no tea cooker.

The noise levels during the night at the weekends. It's just drunk people in the square but that was only the weekends & not the guest house's fault.

The room was incredibly clean, central location, modern with its décor & the staff were friendly. I would advise to stay here during the weekdays as as weekends it can get noisy with the bars in the square but that is not the guest house's fault. Just something to be mindful of. Overall 10/10 & would absolutely stay here again.

In a cold winter day the heating is done by an air conditioner which was not the best way to handle the conditioning however it was manageable.

In the heart of the city. We stayed in a room facing the Belfort, the major sightsee of Brugge. It was an exceptional experience to see it when you wake up in the morning and hearing the randomish melodies often played.

Best location ever! Especially for Christmas. You walk out and the Christmas market is right there but it's very quiet in the room. The atmosphere is amazing. Very comfy and cosy.

Would have liked a kettle to make tea. Instructions for the heating/cooling would be helpful but we figured it out. Stair treads are narrow so be careful going up and down but this is expected in an old historic property.

Staff were lovely checking us in and in the restaurant below for lunch. They loaned us wine glasses and cutlery so we could gather in one of our rooms before going out for dinner. Location is brilliant right on the Market Square with everything within walking distance. Beds very comfortable. Nice ensuite with rain shower. Very nicely renovated overall.

The location is perfect! We had a beautiful view of the Grand Place. The Christmas lights wet so beautiful to see. The bed is so comfortable. They don’t provide a huge amount of pillows but that didn’t bother us. There is no tea or coffee in the room but you are so close to restaurants and cafes that this wasn’t a problem. The bathroom was lovely and the rooms are super clean. Entry in to the property and rooms is via pin rather that a key which we liked. The staff are so friendly and were kind in letting us store our luggage before and after check in.

Some tea & coffee making facilities would be nice, particularly given the cost of the room, and the lack of breakfast. The bottle of water was appreciated, but there was nowhere to find a cup of tea before about 0900.

Fantastic location, and surprisingly quiet for the number of people outside the window. The room was clean, recently refurbished and fascinatingly in the attic of a medieval house. Plenty of warm water for the shower, and the room temperature was perfect in the cold weather.
