The location was amazing, right in the main square of Bruges (Grote Markt), and since everything closes early, we didn’t have any issues with noise at night. The room was very spacious, clean, and looked newly renovated. We really enjoyed our stay here.

    There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Everything was perfect. Location on the main square and the view from the room is stunning. The bed is comfortable, all facilities work and the shower is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Check in was a bit awkward and difficult to know who to speak to. Staff was a bit blunt..

Lovely room in the centre of Bruges! Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the central main square location.

Incredible location, comfortable room. Shame about lack of tea

One of the window panes was missing (there was tertiary glazing that did work!) so noise was louder than necessary. We would've loved a tea/coffee station and a mini-fridge (this WAS NOT ADVERTISED! Just, as a British/Irish couple, being able to make ourselves a cup of tea before starting the day is important and the room was HUGE so plenty of room for a sideboard with a kettle and some mugs). A "do not disturb" sign for the door would've been appreciated, we did have the cleaning person walk in on us in bed (she did knock, but we were still asleep). The internet was not good enough for video calls (fine for emails/Netflix though). TONS of mosquitos (might have been the time of year or something, but we had about 7 in the room that we had to go on a 4am squish-athon).

Amazing location, we could hear the churchbells & horses clopping about (lovely). So central, could walk everywhere. Bed - big and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet & shower. Nice sitting area to hang out in, with a swivel TV that we could easily watch both from in bed and the sitting area. Bottled water provided on check-in. Soaps provided smelled good. Air conditioning was intuitive. Nice and quiet at night - you could hear what was happening in the main square below, but not loud enough to be disturbing (unless someone was literally shouting right outside). Incredible views, unmatched.

Stairs were a challenge. Kettle would be nice.

Excellent location right on the edge of the market square, close to all attractions. Beautifully restored building dating from 1621.

Our room was in the roof space, up four flights of narrow stairs and no lift. The rooms are above the restaurant which is their main business, so definitely felt like the hotel rooms were a sideshow for extra income generation.

Very central and easy to get to all the main sights. Bruges was very busy with day trippers and it was great to get out to everything before and after the crowds. Newly renovated and good a/c.

Bed sheets are rough material and not very comfortable. Also the top floor has large roof support construction, so half of the room is crossed with it and it’s not safe to go to bathroom at night without light.

    Clean, good location, air conditioning

It could do with some more soft furnishings like a rug. It was quite noisy - slamming neighbours doors but expected due to the location.

Small room, strangely textured bedding, clogged drain in sink. Restaurant seems to have priority over the guest house.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Right in the middle of the markt (main square). Large bed.

Only two downsides are that we were there for 2 nights and our rooms were not cleaned in between meaning we had a lack of towels. The hotel is also a bar/restraunt so was a little tricky to go and ask for these facilities.

Location was great, right on the square. Room had facilities such as soap, shampoo and hairdryer. Had a storage room.
