The double bed was made from two single beds - not good for people which move a lot when they sleep, in the morning the beds were apart 30 cm or so. The toilet was strangely low. Everything was very clean, but also very old - chipped paint on walls, doors etc. And a lot of mosquitos - there was some antimosquitos plug in, but maybe some net for the windows would be more efficient.

High parking fee - well it is my opinion. Nothing else to complain about.

Relatively large room, comfortable beds, adequate bathroom, large screen TV set. Antique and cute radio set (we did not use it) and a landline telephone (rarity nowadays). Very good breakfast with large variety of food, several types of coffee and juices and even white wine ad libitum. Absolutely fantastic location with a short walking distance to the old town and all typical tourist attractions. Big plus - hotel's own underground garage.

We would never have walked from the train station to the hotel in 11 mins like the info says but taxi reasonable prices and local bus stops outside.

A very good breakfast to suit all tastes, replenished as soon as it was used, clean. Very comfortable beds. Happy to give extra teas, coffees etc for room when asked for. A water dispenser in the bar where you can fill up your water bottles. Friendly staff and a good location, within walking distance to everything.

The bathroom was fine but quite outdated. Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath. Old fashioned hair dryer

Location away from popular tourist spots very nice restaurants nearby used by locals, peaceful ,large bedroom was very comfortable ,UK TV, good breakfast with lots of choice. Very helpful staff. Very clean.

No complaints ! Comfortable place to stay on two rainy days in Bruges. Being on b the ild city centre was the principal reason for our booking.

Spa was somewhat disappointing, plunge pool not working and the sauna stopped working after the first day, if you're considering paying for it make sure you visit beforehand. Rooms could do with a small amount of work, scuffs on the walls and floors and the hot water takes a long time to come through for the shower.

Breakfast and prices were bang on for the service you receive. Information on parking and getting to the hotel couldn't have been better. The location, 5 mins walk from the centre was perfect.

The sinks had mixtures around the faucet and the drain. the bathtub was clogged. One of the closet doors was broken. The elevator carpet smelled bad.

The facilities are old and it shows, makes it very hard to find where you can charge your electronic appliances. The bathrooms are not the most comfortable.

It was a fair place to stay, with a better value for money than other options and the staff were nice. It’s well located to visit the city centre.

We had some chatty neighbours next door. You can hear your neighbours through the vents? Luckily they went to bed early… if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem.

The room is a little outdated but everything is clean, comfortable and it has everything you need. Good breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone. I’d say the location is good too, it’s about a 10/15 minute walk to the centre.

Probably there is the best place you can stay with that value in the old town. The room was clean, comfortable and full of facilities. Just 10 minutes away from the city centre.

The negative point was the arrogant behavior of one receptionist. Whatever information we asked he answered with irony and with lack of politeness.The hotel offered a free drink if you did not ask for cleaning service for a specific day. However, the room was never cleaned not only the specific day but for the whole stay.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The room was spacious, and equipped with basic amenities. The location was convenient, and the hotel facilities were very nice.Also very good quality of breakfast.
