The Hotel is located in a beautiful,old historic building, very stylish and tastefully renovated. The design is exceptional and so is the service and food. Very kind staff, attentive with the clients. The rooms are big, with a touch of vintage design, a comfortable bed and well equiped bathrooms. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, one of the best we had in our journeys! The location is also great, near city center and most attractions and main shops. Parking possibilities are also nearby. Highly recommend!!

Nothing, of a 17 day trip to Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Stuttgart and Brussels this hotel in Brussels beats them all by a mile. This is a 5 star hotel. Well done everyone.

The Location was first class. The breakfast was the best I have received from any hotel in all my travels. The staff were very efficient from front reception, to dining, house keeping and management. The hotel is new and the refurbishment of a previous bank building is outstanding. I have been in the Construction industry for 44 years and I know quality workmanship when I see it. This hotel will become the go to hotel in Brussels for many.

The shower water temperature wasn’t hot enough for me. The sink hot water was fine though.

Our stay was nothing but exceptional! The hotel is newly renovated, the decor and interior design is very elegant. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. What I appreciated the most was that during evening, the staff will prepare your room for bedtime. It’s the small details that elevate the experience to the next level.

It has steps from the street to the entrance and again from the foyer to the desk which may be difficult if someone has mobility challenges however this relates to the age of the property and may not be possible to overcome if it is a protected structure.

Historic building with lovely ambience. Location is very central and close to railway stations. Very calm and quiet. I slept really well which is unusual when I travel. Staff are very helpful and discreet.

Really liked the breakfast as it was different from common breakfasts. The hotel itself, location and the staff were also great. Underground parking is near the front of the hotel, you’ll easily drive past it if you’re not aware.

It wasn't a stay, it was a whole experience! The hotel is simply fabulous: exceptional decor, extremely helpful and friendly staff, yet very discreet. Fantastic breakfast in outstanding surroundings - I will defintiely visit again!

Staff was also getting used to the renovated hotel. At the breakfast, the guy serving forgot to set up forks and other accessories for serving food. I missed muesli at the breakfast.

I visited the hotel at the first day of opening after the renovation. Everything was clean and new. Hotel is really nicely decorated. My room was great. They have a tablet in each room for interacting like ordering or canceling room cleaning for the next day.

Just beautiful interiors. The whole building is impressive. The room was above all expectations. Big, comfortable, with all possible amenities, including earplugs :-). Very comfortable bed. Nice toiletries. Very good breakfast - cold and cooked, sweet and savory - included in the price. Prefect location both for a walk in the city center, and for a visit to the European Quarters as it is right next to a metro stop on the metro line to Schuman. Very helpful staff. The restaurant in the building is still not operational, but there are a number of restaurants around the place, as well as Wolf FoodCourt just a few steps from the hotel. Warmly recommended!

The whole hotel had a heavy perfume smell that I found very overpowering. Not great if you have scent sensitivities. The water in the shower was lukewarm but not hot, and seemed to fluctuate without any turning of the knob. It felt like I was taking a cold shower. The signs by the elevators say the restaurant is on the second floor, but it would have been nice if the front desk staff made sure to point it out when I checked in.

The room decor was very elegant, creating a nice atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and warm, as was the room temperature. I had plenty of space for my luggage. The breakfast was very nice. The property has a convenient location with many restaurants, sites, train station, etc. within walking distance. Overall, all the essentials for an overnight stay were covered, and I had a nice experience.
