Fantastic location , 10 miles from the Spa GP circuit and a 8 minute walk into Spa town centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants Very safe on site parking so I felt my car was safe The breakfast was first class and was asked how I’d like my eggs every morning , really set me up for the day The Room was very clean and bright and the shower was really powerful The owner also booked tables for us at the local restaurants as a few were really popular and for good reason ( Oliver’s pizza place ) is just the best pizza I’ve had I will be booking for next years GP for sure

It is a great 19th century stately villa, lovingly maintained. The host, M. Verberne, (who has an astounding command of German, French, English and Dutch) succeeds in creating a friendly and very hospitable atmosphere. Our room was large and quiet, with a very good bed, with first class amenities. And topping it all off, there’s beautiful house cat Beertje

This is the best place I have booked in recent years. Just amazing how beautiful and confortable it is - with attention to every detail, with all the love given to the house and to guests. It feels like at home, even better than that. Lots of space, beautiful garden, parking, close to the centrum and to the Thermes. A true rare exemplary to all other hotels and BnBs.

An excellent place to stay in every aspect. A lovely quiet location on the edge of Town. A stylish and well maintained property, with a lovely continental breakfast provided. Lucas and ‘little bear’ were amazing hosts, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A shame we didn’t have time to make use of the sauna facilities.

Tea station not refreshed or cups changed, but this was a very small detail.

Quiet, serene location but less than a 10-minute walk into town. Ample breakfast with cheese, breads, pastries, fruit and soft boiled eggs. Lucas is a great host: he checks in but is not overbearing. Little bear, the cat, is a wonderful host too! Beds are super comfy, good shower. Grateful for the tea station in our room and to Lucas for going out of the way to provide some milk for us. It was also great to have the mini bar and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace on a sunny afternoon with a glass of wine.

Nothing to not like, the perfect B&B.

Lucas is an amazing host, very attentive. Breakfast was amazing and being able to make lunch with the baguettes available for breakfast. Beertje was lovely, always welcoming us back with a meow and cuddle.

Lovely location, less than 10 minutes to the town centre where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. We were offered garage parking for the motorcycle but it wasn't necessary as the location is very quiet. Excellent breakfast with good choices and lovely fresh bread. Large room overlooking the garden - everything we needed for a quiet stay. Very helpful host.

The owner/manager was very attentive and had an awesome cat 🙂 Interesting blend of some latest technology with old-style fittings. Good location - on a quiet street, 10 minutes walking to the center.

While checking in i said that a friend will join me later and the owner said that I have to pay extra. I now checked booking.com privee and tested booking for 2 and I see that the price is the same that I payed. The owner rented me a room in another house that wasn't vacuumcleaned for a while. Which caused me problem with breathing. The windows weren't open for a while and there was present a smell of stale air in the sleeping room. The room was close to tennis court and I could hear the sounds coming from there so I didn't find it relaxing to be there. . The first night I had bugs in the room and in the bathroom and I tried to get rid of one that was on plafond lamp. I swayed slightly on the lamp and the lamp fell down as well as the plastic that was suppose to hold it. Now this would not happen if the lamp was correctly and firmly placed anyway. I called the owner to talk about it but he was postponing to talk about it until the checkout and then charged me 40 euros for a really bad lamp whifh wasn't my fault. Breakfast was stingy and there was barely any fruit. I drink decaf and that is not included as standard in breakfast. There is well decaf option for paying 3,5 euros extra. When asking if there is sauna and if I can use it the owner proposed to go to spa and get sauna there. Tv is only possible to watch if you pay for it.

The house is closeby the Therme Spa so I could take a walk to get there

The room was in the attic and it needed some refurbishment as it looks quire old. The bathroom was very big and nice, but a bit odd to install the wardrobe there where is moisture.

The place is not far away from the city center. The villa is impressive as architecture, and surrounded by a nice garden - it was so lovely to see all the green areas around. It's quiet and calm in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was very good. We also appreciated the possibility to make yourself a tea or coffee as complement from the house. The owner is a nice pleasant person.

When visiting previously the garden and grounds were immaculate. This time it looked scruffy and overgrown which is a shame.

Great east location, quick walk to town centre and plenty of secluded parking for valuable cars.
