This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and complimentary drink, setting a wonderful tone for my stay. My room was stunning, featuring high ceilings, luxurious textiles and room fragrances- everything looked up to the smallest details, even very good sound system via bluetooth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a luxurious extension of the room. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight offering a variety of options to start the day right: from cold dishes at the buffet to the warm choices from the menu. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

Our key didn't allow access the second day to the front door or our room and had to be reset.

The room was outstanding. The champagne arrival was unexpected but greatly received. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The location was excellent, within a few yards of the center and the canal.

I can honestly say that i have never enjoyed a stay more then at the Cobergher Hotel in Kortrijk. I know it's a 5 star hotel and it should be something special, but this was over the top - in a good way - i felt like i was in heaven surrounded by angels who helped me with every little detail i required. The staf oozed professionalism, the decor was fantastic, the architecture sublime, the athmosphere calm and relaxing. Every detail of the room fitted. I want to thank the staff for the work and especially Zsuzsanna who is a true professional, who understands her job with that little extra, she has a kind heart and the right social skills. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay - i will be for sure coming back!

It was beautiful. We planned stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 5 so it shows how beyond expectations their service were, Staff is super friendly and well equipped to handle all kinds of request made by customers.

Hotel was amazing! Even though hotel opened recently it is prime example how five star hotel should be. Staff friendly (but not over the top), interior beautiful with lovely smells and in great location. Private sauna and gym. It is clear that hotel really cares for its customers, attention to details shows throughout the hotel. Breakfast tasty and with a good choice. If we visit Kortrkij again will defiantly stay in the same hotel.

Nothing at all. Multinational hotel chains could and should learn a lot from this private initiative, that offers more luxury and value for money than any 5* hotel I ever stayed in.

A group of historically city mansions, carefully merged, renovated and carefully decorated with respect for the building’s heritage, and … perfectly managed by a dedicated and super welcoming staff.

Very difficult to control the heating in the room. There was a radiator which couldn’t be turned off which was right next to the bed. Cooling by AC ineffective. Breakfast was amazing, if a bit expensive. Unfortunately we didn’t remotely do it justice as we had eaten well the night before.

Outstanding staff. Check in experience, valet parking, explanation of everything, complementary minibar, in room refreshements .
