We had to wait a few minutes because there wasn't always a receptionist available. However, the staff was very friendly. We had to pay the city tax during check-in. We were confused because we thought it was included on the price when we booked it on this website.

Great location (Close to the train station / airport buses and touristic areas). The room was very clean, and quiet. The A/C worked properly. The room was very comfortable and big enough. The shower was really comfortable. Good coffee is included in room free of charge. We'd love to stay there again!

Beds too soft. Pillows, way too tall (both, a matter of personal taste). The, apparently new, toilet bowl was squirting water out when flushing, even with the lid on. The breakfast was bellow expectations. Too expensive.

room was comfortable, breakfast had a good choice and was of a high standard, bed was comfortable. Location was excellent -very close to a public underground carpark, accessed off the underpass with large parking spaces. The car park had nearly 2000 spaces.

A small improvement would be to have hooks in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower, but it wasn't a problem :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped (including fridge, coffee machine and safe). It was lovely to have a view of the Belfry, and we enjoyed browsing the markets right outside on Saturday and Sunday (although the early morning setting up was a bit noisy).

Coffee machine in room temperamental. Also had to keep asking for coffee supplies ( only had two cups each a day)

Great buffet breakfast lots of choice. Coffee from a machine so not brill but only negative . Location brilliant for historic centre and train station.

Only problem was that we weren't informed that a massive funfair was on the square adjacent to the hotel for three weeks, happens every year, if notified wouldn't have booked.

Front desk evening staff were not happy about an additional pillow request. Asked on our 1st night and they said it could be 30 minutes and they never showed up. The 2nd night we asked and they said they were fully booked, which was not true as they still had rooms advertised. When the room was cleaned we did not get additional coffee pods, we had to ask the front desk for them. Breakfast was €18-21, if you don’t need an all you can eat breakfast it is expensive. Go to a local bakery or cafe for much less.

Location was excellent. Easy to park in the underground city lot. Walkable to the city, train station and bus station out the front door. Room was good size for 2 adults.
