The bathroom tiles were not very modern, maybe a little outdated but not bad by plus everyone has a diffrent taste. Everything was clean.

The beds were really comfortable. The room was really big. The shower and bathtubs was nice, the water came out strong. Stuff was friendly

The breakfast and the fitting area was not the best. We where in the hotel at 13h45 the room was not ready in time. They told us to wait and we received the keycard at 14h30.

The room balcony was the best of the stay, you have a nice view on the city. The biggest and best bed ever!

Check in was incredibly slow

The location was excellent, with a tram and metro stop within close walking distance. The hotel itself was lovely. We had a beautiful room with a terrace which had great views over the city. The bed was super comfy too.

99% of the breakfast facility is exceptional. However, I would suggest avoiding placing food in the corner, which is just next to the toaster. I saw flies every morning there, which to me is quite bad. It is just one corner. Rest is all extraordinary.

Very Good Breakfast. The location is near the tramstop and easily accessible to central marks. The reception guy Arnold, who dealt with us, is a gem, and without difficulty, we checked in around 00:00 in the morning.

Having a shower in the Bath is always a problem , especially when the body wash is used which makes it totally dangerous.

Lovely spacious rooms and very clean. Plenty of space for family of 4 with our luggage! Nice restaurant on site as well as gym plus sauna as a bonus. Would recommend for anyone visiting Brussels!

Room was not ready when I arrived though I arrived at 5pm, however, they allowed a late checkout so all good.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff, great facilities from gym and sauna to dining area. Underground parking with plenty spaces on 4 levels with ample room to manoeuvre large cars with lots of lighting that remaining on unlike many places where the lights are on a timer. Room was very large with a separate toilet, great for families. Sauna in room was a great touch, amazing. Large TV with plenty channels in many different languages. Lots of towels provided, dressing gowns, ironing board with iron and spare duvet. Bed was very comfortable with plenty pillows. Room was 99% clean. Hotel located near designer district and great eateries such as Paul

The car park's entrance is very narrow, and the stairs from the car park to the hotel are dangerous as you could easily slip while using them. The toilet room was a bit tight, too, but not so bad.

The size of the room was nice, and the furniture was well-maintained and in good shape. The staff were friendly, and the location of the hotel was close to tourist attractions.

The room was quite dirty. Underneath the sofa there were a big layer of dust. Also on other peaces of furnitures the dust was present. The bathtub grew some fungus into a corner. The toillet seat is in a different room than the bathtub and bidee, so you need to exit the toillet room and enter the bathroom, if you need to use the bidee. Also, the light in the toillet seat room, has a mind of it's own, and sometimes works!

Nice hotel, close to all major brands stores. Big room, with a twin bed and a sofa bed, a big table, a coffee expressor, a water heater and a refrigerator. They provided 3 coffee's per day, tea, and spring water. As a plus, the room came with a ironing machine and table. The guy from the reception was very nice, as he offered us, a free parking ticket on their 4 level parking for all our stay, due to the fact that they somehow messed up my reservation.

Unfortunately the chef was away so couldn’t have our reserved dinner at the hotel and we were only staying one night.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious great for a girls trip.

For my part, there are absolutely no complaints.

It was very cozy but still of high quality furnishings. I was on the 10th floor and had a large balcony, from there you could see the city very well. A great view.

Selection of drinks at the bar not so great.

Staff were so helpful. Could not have done more for us. Helped us swap rooms in the middle of the night when a problem with the hot water/air conditioning unit became apparent (thank you so much Arnold⭐️⭐️⭐️). Water cooler on the reception desk a lovely touch with tasty water when you return from sightseeing a great touch. Able to leave luggage when checking out and staff helpful when returning (with yet more souvenirs) to put more things in the left luggage facility. Honestly, a great place to stay.
