Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe showers do not tend to have a screen to protect the water going on the floor. We got worried we may have made a soaking mess. We used the towels to clean up but it would be good for a screen to be put in place. This hasn’t affected our stay though. We loved it here.

TurkeyFirst of all, the hotel’s location was excellent. It was very central, and we walked almost everywhere. Since we were travelling with our 1-year-old daughter, we could easily return to the hotel whenever needed. Additionally the room was very clean. And the staff were very helpful and attentive. On on the day we were leaving, they offered to come early and prepare breakfast because our flight was early. If we visit Bruges again, we would like to stay here again.

Was a bit tricky getting cases up to the top floor BUT was great having the top floor, and if you want the privilege of staying in such a gorgeous gothic building you need to accept that the lifts aren’t going to really be plentiful and the staircases may be quirky!
Beautiful property with exceptional staff who really looked after us, especially helpful in finding the parking area. Breakfast was delicious. Location was excellent, close enough to the main area without being too noisy.

Excellent location close to the square and shopping. Good recommendations for local attractions. Great breakfast with gluten free options. Staff very friendly. Family room was large for all of us. Parking was close by and very secure but a little tight to turn into it (Skoda superb estate). Good selection of discount cards for local attractions

Everything. It was different to the hotels I usually use and yet it was perfect. The staff were great, assisted us in every way they could and the breakfast they prepared each day was first rate. The rooms were super clean and had everything you needed. As for the location, close to the centre and quiet of a night. If I return to Bruge I will definitely be back.
