Hotel room lights were very dim. Two single beds instead of big bed not comfortable. Elevators slow and stuffy/claustrophobic - no airflow. No "do not disturb" sign in room. We were bothered twice while having a rest by cleaning staff.

Breakfast was ok but basic, could have had some more variety.

No shower in room, just a bath. Very strange in this quality of hotel not to have a shower, and difficult to wash long hair. Bathroom door bangs into closing mechanism of room door every time it opens, and therefore doesn't open fully, and if opened with any force ricochets back into you. Poor design. Reception staff not very friendly or helpful. Brussels was closed to cars on the day we left, and hotel staff couldn't tell us whether we'd be able to drive out of the city, or would be stuck in Brussels until roads reopened at 7pm. Surely management should have all this information and make sure staff are aware so they can advise guests? We were rudely told that it was our responsibility to find out.

Comfortable bed, large room, spotlessly clean, good blackout curtains, great location for exploring Brussels, staff at breakfast and in the roof top bar really friendly and helpful

Shampoo/Shower gel pouches provided were quite small More towels as standard would have been nice The staff in the rooftop bar came across as rude, like we were imposing on them by being there. Put a bit of a damper on the experience but we just left after one drink. This was really the only true negative of the experience

The location was great and the staff were fantastic We were given a voucher for free breakfast one of the mornings which was unexpected There was a €150 deposit stated on the booking but it wasn't asked for on arrival

The location was perfect. We arrived by Eurostar and the hotel was perfectly placed between the station and the centre.

There is a gym but without weights, just several machines. You can do some exercise but not much.

Hotel is OK, it is nothing fancy, but solid quality, clean, with spacious rooms and location very close to the city centre.

I liked the location as it was very close to Grand Palace, and also the room was big.

Only downside was we left early on our last day and the shower wouldn’t warm up at all but that might just be a first time in the morning as it was warm rest of our stay :)

The TV was not a smart TV with access to streaming platforms, which was strange for such a hotel, the only thing available to watch in English was the news.

The room was large, the bed was comfy. The location was ideal for walking everywhere in central Brussels. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great options.

Bed sheets never changed during our 7 night stay. Hair dryer was not working. No mini bar and fridge at all.

Rooms and shower had no ventilation so each time after the shower the humidity spread across all the room and took time to disappear. Window is from 1 glass only so it was cold in the room and turning on AC to heat up did not help as its not possible to turn AC for heating and turn up the heat. Shower drain needs to be cleaned more better as when you remove the drain there is plenty of hair from previous guests. Also one of water cups in bathroom had stains from tea ftom the previuos guests and looked really dirty.

The hallway was so small, it felt a bit claustrophobic

The hotel was in the city centre, which is a walkable location to all the great sights in Brussels, the room was perfect with a nice view, and you should also try the lounge on the rooftop, it has amazing views of Brussels

Amazing breakfast, the staff is super nice and friendly, and the rooms are pretty big and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a stay.
