Parking was tight, we did email ahead to say we were bringing a car and had a response saying the parking space was added to our booking but on arrival they said they didn’t action this therefor we had to drive around for a while to find a parking space directly out front to help us unload the car full of everything we needed for our baby.

Great 1 night stay with our young baby, room was very comfortable and spacious for us all and the travel cot we brought with us. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom was super clean and had amenities. The room also had a lovely smell to it like oud or something. We used the pool with our baby and at that time had it to ourselves which was brilliant and a great addition to the hotel stay. Location was perfect right on the beach and near bars and restaurants.

Good location on the sea front with easy access to the trams. Very good selection of food for breakfast and was always being replenished. Staff very helpful. Bedroom a nice size and the beds were very comfortable

Very poor sound insulation. Could practically hear a whole conversation from the adjacent room.

The view was amazing from the 8th floor. The jacuzzi was a particular treat. Oh, and not forgetting the staff, super welcoming and helpful from the start.

There was a common issue with the electronic key doors. They were not able to fix it during our stay but the staff opened our room door every time for us. Only bar staff should do better. We had only 1 night stay so we went to their bar only one evening. There was no bar staff, we waited for 20min there. At last, someone came and served 1 man at the bar sitting and kept on talking with him, leaving us and other guests without attention. We just left to go to our room then. For the rest all other staff was during our stay very helpful.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Overall staff was very helpful.

I liked the location, not so far from the station and you can also take the tram to there. The bed was supper comfy and we had everything we needed without asking ( like toothbrush and toothpaste). And de jacuzzi plus the swimming pool was just top notch, super relaxing.

carpets throughout the hotel had an unpleasant smell.. Carpets all over were especially inappropriate for a hotel so close to the sea and sand,A carpet replacement would significantly enhance the overall stay.

The only downside, but a rather big one, was the garage. Not only was it very tricky to get in to, and to maneuver in. The spaces were very narrow and could just accommodate a modern car. And then with great difficulty open the driver's door. (forget the passenger side) But parking places in Blankenberge are scarce so you'll have good use of your driving skills.

The hotell is situated directly on the beach walk which can make it a bit tricky to get in front of by car. But the location, and the view from the room facing the sea is absolutely fabulous. Add to this an excellent breakfast and super nice personnel makes it a place you wouldn't mind return to.

The hammam was unfortunetely out of order so we couldn‘t test it, and the temperature regulator in the shower was very sensitive. But it didn‘t bother us as much.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pool and sauna area were great ! The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options for exemple the scrambled eggs were phenomenal ! Location-wise were there a lot of food options, you‘ll also get a 10% discount on two restaurants while you stay at the Beach Palace. Overall, i would highly recommend staying there, and also thank you again for the little parting gift :)

Would be great if the hotel could invest in “Don’t disturb” signs, as cleaning service knocking loudly on Sunday morning isn’t ideal.

Great location with sea view. The hotel is antique, but well renovated, and the historic vibe is pleasant. The sea views, especially the sunsets are fantastic. The staff are very welcoming. The beds and cushions are so comfortable, great rest. Overall - recommend.

The toilet was not clean with a lot of stain marks. Apart from that everything was perfect.

The facility was super good in the hotel. There is a swimming pool and sauna definitely to try. The beach view is really good.

Shampoo & Conditioner are different brand (Istanbul) than usual, it has too strong smell.

Room was nice and clean, it included even the coffee & team maker. Bathroom is clean, not new but well maintained.
