I specifically checked that there was a hair dryer included in my room before booking the stay. When I got there, there was no hair dryer so I had to wait for my hair to air dry each time I showered.

The location was good and central, it was easy to walk to all the sites from the hotel.

Major pro of this hotel is location. Location location. literally right next to the tram station below. there's a laundromat next door, coffee shop, grocery store, fast food place, and boulangerie within 1 minute walking distance. Front office CSR were friendly and accommodating. Let me check in and hour early. Note: no AC in the room, just a small fan... Which was actually sufficient for me. Nights were 60sF so the room was already cool. There was one scorcher day when it hit 85++ but my room didn't face a street (actually faced another building and there was no direct sunlight so kept the room very cool, though street side, like the lobby, was way hot. Room was clean, and made everyday (no door tag to opt out), bed was comfy, nice foam pillow that had excellent support. Shower wand was tricky since at full water pressure, the neck couldn't handle it (didn't lock into place) and the wand would shoot facing up and spray the room. Very tight fit to get to the throne. I'm average girth and I had to side step past the sink to get to it and since the sink was so close to the seat, have to sissy squat to sit. Might proove to be an issue for some. Only one outlet in the br, tv didn't have a signal to cable or Internet so not usable. There's a park across the hotel where a lot of vagrants hang, lots of people hanging out on the streets at night. Feels like it's not in the best part of town but there's a lot of tourists coming and going along the sidewalks so, just my perception. Overall, decent value, especially since I'm traveling solo. If I had family with me, I'd opt for better accommodations.

I am so torn! I loved the staff and I don’t want to complain about the experience, but I do have to point out there is some areas lacking when it comes to cleanliness. Overall the room was clean, however the bedding had stains that made me slightly uncomfortable. They helped me fix this though, and were understanding. The bathroom felt very small, and despite my small frame I could barely fit in there. I would say that a person of a larger size would have issues fitting in there in a comfortable way. There is a smell in the building, which is clammy and felt like potential mold. I don’t know if it is, so I don’t want to give false complaints, but to me there was an unpleasant smell. The price is great so I assume that you get what you pay for. The staff really was so sweet and the location is good, so I do still recommend this property despite these flaws.

The staff working was so kind and gave great suggestions. When I told them the bedding was dirty they swiftly fixed it. A young man working there was so kind to me and really made my stay as a solo traveler feel less intimidating. Very informative and polite. The location is also very good.

The room was not specified as without a view on the website. The room window looked out on an air shaft and we were not informed about this while making reservation. Staff was nice, helpful. Location is good. Clean.

We accommodated there for just one night it is in front of the metro station so it was easy to arrive. Room was small for us it would be hard to stay longer. Although the hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the attractions, the neighborhood was a little bit worrying and at night there was too much noise coming from the street. Staff was really kind and helpful though. Thanks for everything.
