The location is perfect close to all the sites. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect getting to all the major sites. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were so very helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. Excellent staff, good breakfast, and our room was huge. Slept very well every night of the stay. We'd stay again for sure and would happily recommend to others.

We drove from the airport to find out the hotel only has 8 parking spots and it's first come, first served. We didn't get a spot. Needless to say, parking is a nightmare around the hotel.

The location was great for walking to the historic old town. Grand Place is just a few blocks away. Even though we were close to all the activities, we found the hotel nice and quiet.

From the moment we arrived we loved the feel of Atlas Hotel. All staff made us feel welcome. The hotel was very clean. Bedroom was a good size and always clean and tidy. Breakfast had plenty of choice. The breakfast staff always had a smile and were helpful.

Sound isolation could be better. Staying in a ground floor room I could hear cars and pedestrian passing by even with windows closed. It was no too bad but the noise could be a challenge if the night is warm and you want to keep the window open.

I hated using the key to open my room door, and whenever I went out, I had to return the key to the front desk. Also, breakfast was not so great. There were limited options.

Ramp or easier access to the Hotel. Lighting a problem for shaving and doing makeup.

Except it was difficult to bring our luggage to the reception area, only stairs, no ramp, it was fine.

Couldn't really find fault but if I had to I'd say 10am breakfast means 10 bread for toast ran out at 9.40 but wasn't replaced croissants were so unless they had no bread I hear someone ask and was told du pan left!!! On second day I had wished I had gone down little earlier for breakfast been a Sunday loads of people seemed to go later but that was my own fault not hotels!!! Rooms were basic but clean and I thought was certainly cheaper than Ireland !!

Was quite area hotel was fully booked but only way you would notice was busy at breakfast time !!! We stayed pride weekend but without extra noise as was quite street and no roudy guest which was nice people were respectful the bed were very comfortable

The breakfast wasn't great for us because it consisted mainly of highly processed and prepackaged foods. I think the best thing for us were the boiled eggs.

No sleepers, the bathtub was noisy and we didn’t had a thingy to put at the door with “no disturb”.

It was close to Brussel center, and all the major metro lines. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the overall aesthetic was pleasing. The theme of the hotel matches its name. We had a great time. The breakfast was alright, nothing special, the same thing for 5 days. But it was nice to have in the morning and definitely it was not bad at all.

Breakfast menu was the same every day of our stay. It would be good to have something varm (like pancakes, scrambled eggs, sossages etc). We had a room in the first floor, so quite noisy from the street and impossible to open the window because of noise from the street.

A brunette lady in the morning was a bit rude with us when we got to the breakfast area. However, a nice blonde lady and a man were really kind and helpful.

The room was great and the location perfect. The staff at the reception desk were really kind and friendly (Juliana was really kind with us). The breakfast was great, my sister and I were happy that we found hard eggs in the morning. The Grand Place (7 min walk) Bourse (5 min walk) They changed our towels and clean our room every day. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Overall, excellent choice if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Brussels.

Breakfast is ok but somewhat limited in choices. Only cold options. Some staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly the young lady from Colombia. Toilet paper is like sandpaper. Limited and low budget amenities are adequate.

Central location near most tourist sites and good restaurants. Good room size. Very clean.
