Some improvements: Payment method - paying with 3rd party url or bank transfer calls scam in 2024. Im happy to report that all was legit - but really hope the paying with card through booking as usual is enabled. Sink in bathroom really needed a fix. Another thing - there is a step right by the doors - its not noticable and some heads up would be needed. Be careful.

Overall nice apartment, it have everything you might need. Owner of apartment very helpful, thank you for all support. Location is great. Next doors really nice mexican restaurant - recommend to try it.

Amateur cleaning, cold (central heating not working, found some electric heaters in the wardrobe after I froze all night), a bit of a hard mattress ( found a top mattress in the wardrobe after I tossed and turned all night). Some furniture needs repairing or getting rid of (sofa). A bit noisy fridge. The bathroom faucet is wetting you if you are not careful.

Spacious, good location, owner responds fast to messages, good price, t here's a coffee machine and capsules.

Excellent location for the area around the Berlaymont and rue de la Loi. Nice residential area. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Bigger and nicer flat than I expected for the price. Quirky kitchen area

It was so-so clean, very warm down kitchen (doors missing) and the bathroom tap could hardly not be used for even washing if hands or brushing teeth - water all over including yourself. The couch in the room was missing cushions. Bed was relatively ok, but mattress smaller than bed.

Location is great if you are working around the EU quarters. The check in and getting keys webt smooth, like the check out.

I got the access information half an hour before the arrival, in the rain and with no battery for my device. I had to look for a plug to fix it. The bathroom sink faucet was unusable. It splashed in all directions and made a puddle all around. The tub drain was clogged (I hope you won't ask more). Because the water couldn't drain, I experienced a horrendous smell. But the worst is the invoice I did not get, even though I sent the details 3 days before my arrival. There are 3 weeks since then, the property refuses all the contact, Booking.com denies the responsibility etc.

The tap design in the bath room was poor and sprayed water over the floor when you turned on the tap. The same problem with the design of the shower. No cups available for a coffee. Found them all dirty and in the dishwasher. Had to buy some coffee from a shop. There was a coffee machine available but no pods for it.

Flat was cold but the owner had made heaters available so was able to make the room warm and comfortable. Wifi was easy and good strength. Flat was a decent size and lovely and quiet.

The bed is a murphy bed and was quite hard and uncomfortable and the pillows provided were not very substantial. The bathroom was odd. The shower is very intense for the space it is in and the basin tap sprays water everywhere, there was also limited space to place your own toiletries etc. There was no drying rack to hang your clothes on once finished in the washing machine. The futon couch was very warn.

This apartment is really close to a metro/main rail system station so was great for our relatively quick visit. It is spacious and close to both supermarket and restaurants (although some of these seemed to only be open during the day for the office workers nearby) we can recommend the mexican restaurant next door. The area is quiet and felt quite safe.

Facilities were ill mantained and several things were worn out, not working or even missing. The bed sheet were a joke, as think as it gets. Overall not good experience.

The house is very close to the metro station, you can easily reach the center. The house was clean. You can always be in contact with the host. We did not experience any problems, we are satisfied.
