Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room was excellent, spacious, clean and weel kept. Staff were really attentive and always smiling. Location is perfect for seeing Brugges, its less than 10 mins walk to the main square. Breakfast was First Class with a massive choice. If we ever go back to Brugges again, we will be staying there.

The location was ideal - right in the heart of the old city. We fell in love with the elegant decor and restful atmosphere of the hotel the moment we stepped in off the street. The stylish touches, particularly the contemporary sculptures, ran through the whole building. The boutique feel appealed very much to us. our room and the hotel in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the spacious basement was buffet style with enormous hot and cold options.

United KingdomEverything was excellent, but not quite perfect. Some of the wallpaper was peeling for example and the shower is a strange design so that it is difficult not to get the floor wet. It is not the hotel's fault, but our room was at the end of the corridor and some drunk guests banged on our door at 2:45am which was disappointing
