Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMinor issues really: no active extraction (or at least not one I could find) in the bathroom meant towels didn’t dry properly. Aircon seemed to have only two adjustable settings (on/off).
The room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good, with many options and attentive staff making sure everything was always available . The reception staff was also friendly and professional. The location is great for a visit to historic Bruges.

United KingdomOnly one suggestion, the stairs at the entrance could benefit from a hand rail, only noticed the omission this time as one of the party had recently had an operation so would have benefited from the extra support.
Loved everything, we’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and will return again. Quiet yet central, they’re constantly refreshing to maintain quality. Nice personal touches with welcoming chocolates in the room, coffee maker & useful fridge too. Can’t fault the breakfast in the cellar with vaulted ceilings, great variety.

United KingdomThe hotel was in a perfect location, 10minutes walk from the train station and the same distance to the main square. The reception area and bar were very opulent. Our bedroom was absolutely huge, clean, with a great view over the garden courtyard and the huge bed was the most comfortable we have experienced. Breakfast was the highlight with everything you could wish for, hot and continental, just couldn’t fault it. All the staff were very professional, friendly and very helpful.

United KingdomThe bathroom needed a light above the mirror. The bathroom fan ran continuously day and night. The TV is unusable - in the wrong place (above the wardrobe and not visible from the chairs in the room), and the remote was difficult to use. There is no restaurant facility in the hotel, so no room service or evening meals.
Clean towels and pillowcases every day. A light and airy room. Breakfast was excellent, multiple choices and plentiful. Staff were excellent, attentive and friendly. The location is excellent, very close to the station and the city centre.
