When I had to pay, she asked me to pay in local money. As the reception girl told me, they had a note which was in Bosnian Language that we must pay in Bosnian Mark, but I must know them language to understand the note. Anyway, in the end she accepts € !!!

Nothing, it is really worth a visit.

What an unexpected and hidden gem! We original booked the hotel for one night, but prolonged it for one more night since the location was extremely scenic and relaxing and the hotel was very nice. The rooms are very nice with a jacuzzi, seating area and a mini-bar. The hotel provides a bottle of white wine as welcome gift. I consider this very generous and highly appreciate the gesture. Every unit has their own terrace with two sunbeds, chairs and a table. The pool with a panoramic view is very clean and was worth a swim. Also the sauna was really good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There are cats and the puppy Charlie, who are visiting from time to time the guests. The hotel has enough space for cars on their own parking slot. The breakfast was very good. Upon arrival the reception asked us what we want for breakfast. That was very nice. Within 20 min you reach Banja Luka. A shop is in walking distance. However, I recommend a car going there.

Maybe having an extra trash can in the room would be nice. The small one in the bathroom filled up quickly with a family of 4.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The view, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the hosts, the room.... Just everything was perfect. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back! The AC was also great to have in the hot summer days and of course the beautiful pool :)

Topper for the sunbed (in front of the apartment) are missing. Which makes them unusable for a longer use. Note that there no restaurants in walkable distance

Everything was perfect.

Resort is new, rooms are beautifully decorated and new. Beds are very comfortable, pool was lovely to cool off. Perfect place to relax for a few days in the nature. The hosts are very welcoming. Anyone visiting Banja Luka should stay a few days at Zemunice Knezevic.

This property had stunning views. It was within a 20 minute drive of Banja Luka. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. It was great having use of a pool and sauna there.

Our family had a great time in the newly established and modern, high standard appartments. Due to the construction of the appartment along the hill and the refreshing pool even the heatwave was not an issue at all! For winter time a sauna is also available. The business is family owned and was very welcoming so we felt like at home. The accomodation should be considered on a road trip (as in our case) or just for a timeout in the nature. The room was really comfortable, they even left us a glass of wine and some fruit as a welcome gift. The pool is open till 22h, so we could even go on a night swim. The breakfast was brought to our room and it was delicious.

Lovely location, good breakfast. Within 20 minutes you are in Banja Luka. Loved the sauna possibity. They responded quickly via whatsapp. Already recommandated them to friends and family. You get the breakfast at the arranged time deliverd to your cabin. Friendly staf.

The hotel is located in a small village near Banja Luka surrounded by beautiful mountains which make a stunning view. The room is spacious and nice, very well-made and thought through. Breakfast is simple but large and very delicious. The pool and the sauna are also super nice and private. There is a mini market nearby but if you want to explore the surroundings, a car is definitely needed. There are many beautiful places to visit, such as Krupa waterfalls. We had a very relaxing time and definitely would recommend this place!

The breakfast was served on the terrace in front of the room, but the table was too small, making it uncomfortable to eat. Additionally, the breakfast focused on high-quality meat products but lacked vegetables and dairy items such as yogurt. Fortunately, the owner said that they will soon move the breakfast to the dining room near the reception (they were working on it while we were there). I hope it's in use already.

It's the right place to spend a few days if you are into exploring surrounding nature, which is pretty stunning. In the area you can visit Krupa springs and waterfalls, Vrbas river, and Manjača mountain, but it's really beautiful wherever you go. All bungalows are fancy dugouts with a spectacular view on hills and mountains. When I was there with my family it was too cold for the swimming pool, but we enjoyed sauna every day.

truly a wonderful place. clean, calm. Good breakfasts. Very friendly staff, beautiful view from the window. The sauna and swimming pool are always open. 5 minutes walk to pizzeria and grocery store. I recommend 👍
