Not the property's fault but there was loud music raging past midnight right next to the hotel and it was so loud we could not sleep through it!

Beautiful property located on a picturesque river. Steps from Mostar's shopping, restaurants and famous bridge. Lovely courtyard for happy hour and breakfast. Staff were so helpful and friendly and exchanged multiple currencies for us.

Just a bit noisy on the Saturday night - but it is on the edge of the old town so I think it’s worth the price! Low roof so kept banging our heads…!

There were WIFI issues, which caused a bit of hassle.

This hotel is situated in the Old Town walking distance from all the main attractions. The staff were fantastic and provided a Top Class Service, nothing seemed too difficult.

Very little. It wasn't an issue for us, but be aware that there are no lifts, and you can't get in without a walk and using steps.

The best hospitality we have experienced anywhere, bar none. All the staff went out of their way to make us welcome, and to be helpful - it was more than just good service, they really wanted us to have a rest time and be a part of the family. The location is superb, right in the heart of the old city. We had an amazing dinner and the breakfast is pretty good too. There is no way I would stay anywhere else in Mostar. In fact, I would like to come back to Mostar just to stay here.

There are a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem for me but it may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The hotel staff helped move my luggage so that helped.

Everything was superb! The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the old town. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Jannat helped me arrange an afternoon trip to Tekke Blagaj a 16 century Sufi Monastary and arranged for a taxi driver to take me there. The driver was nice enough to make sure I got well oriented and guided me to the best spots for taking photos. Jannat also suggested a fabulous special order dinner of a traditional Bosnian meal that is slow cooked for 4 hours. It was incredible. The hotel restaurant is one of the few places that makes this dish using traditional techniques. The waiters were also very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. The location has an incredible view that you can enjoy while you have breakfast or dinner. I would come back in a heartbeat. It is absolutely exceptional! The staff made my stay very comfortable and memorable. This hotel and my experience in Mostar ranks highly in my travel highlights!

Parking was a disaster...I wish there could have been advanced communication as to where to park and how tom checkm in with baggage etc.

Our room view was non existent but we spent our time enjoying this beautiful city so it didn't matter to us.

The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted carrying our luggage from our parking space to our room, we were happily greeted every day, we enjoyed the location and breakfast very much. The staff provided guidance on exploring the area and town which was very helpful.
