Our room had no main lamp. We had two small lamps near a table, and one floor-standing lamp - that's it. Just no central light spot at all! So if you want to read before your sleep, or re-pack your stuff - no chance, it is just too dark. Also, breakfast is mediocre, and coffee is an absolute disaster.

Good mattresses, freshly renovated room & bathroom. In general, if you want to sleep in your room only, that's a good place.

It is renovation going on, only one floor is available, other floors are in visibly bad shape. Price through Booking was higher than regular price on site. No channels on TV.

Poorly equipped rooms, a lot of items missing for hotel room, no power sockets next to the bed,poor lighting especially in the bathroom.

Disappointing breakfast compared to other (cheaper) hotels we stayed at in Bosnia. The listing said there was a restaurant, which is one reason why we booked the hotel. But the restaurant was closed as there was a wedding in the building.

We had one apartment and one double room and in both Television does not work ,also wifi was very very bad. It was our last time in this hotel

The hotel is nicely furnished and modern. It is located in the center of Prijedor and has directly nearby also a supermarket and shopping facilities. Parking slots are also well available.

Firstly, I booked room for three adults and got one twin bed and sofa not prepared (we've had to prepare it ourselves, no clean bed sheets provided) Although there was a decent office desk, it was adjusted to one person (in triple room?!) We've had two wall plugs (just count - three "business persons" multiply by at least one mobile phone and one laptop charger) The room had nice view (to the river Sana) during the day but lights was disaster. Too dark for reading. Cable TV did not work, wi-fi was poor. The toilet was too small (literally no way to close the door once when you in) and had some drain problem

The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was pretty large and clean.

Worst experience in a hotel. Everything disgusting. They cut the tire of my car right in front of the hotel. Management did nothing about it didnt even let me check the cameras. Tried to talk to manager who was not there. He turn off his phone so he was unreachable.

Horrible service Small stinky and moldy rooms Breakfast was a joke only option was a omlet that was over cooked. No juice no milk If there are guests on other rooms you can hear everything as if they are sitting in your room. No Working TV No Phone in your room No Hair Dryer
