The main thing I will remember about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. On two occasions they went over and above what I would expect of staff. The location to the Old Town of Sarajevo was ideal. And the best bit... from the hotel door to the nearest nice bar is 3 metres !! The breakfast was as I would expect. Nothing fancy just good wholesome food.

We have been returning to the Old Town Hotel for several years, and every time, we were impressed with everything one would expect from a good hotel and more. The staff were incredibly welcoming and would go out of their way to make your stay a lovely experience. I would particularly like to thank Adnan and Zajda. Nothing was difficult for them to do, being it recommending a good restaurant, making reservations, calling a taxi, or simply having a pleasant chit-chat. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, and we enjoyed lovely breakfast every morning. We are looking forward to visiting them again very soon. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Very very friendly staff. Very clean hotel, very varied breakfast, excellent location of the hotel in Bascarsija. We will definitely return to Sarajevo and of course to this hotel.

Have a room with a nice view. I added a photo. The location is great. In the center of Bascarsija. There are enough alternatives for breakfast. I paid cash in Euros in the price of the Booking.com reservation. Many hotels in Sarajevo request a commission for Euro cash payments. Old Town Otel is an exception. Thank you.

Decent and comfortable stay. Rooms were as shown online. Helpful staff who assisted us on our queries when we had questions. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore and be near the Bascarcija. You are literally in the thick of the historical venue.

The location is perfect right in the center of the old town, easy walking to everything. The area is busy but air conditioned rooms are very quiet. The rooms are small but well designed, clean and modern. The staff was wonderful and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Room was very small, with sharp cornered cupboards right next to the bed. Luckily the bed was big enough not to bash my head in my sleep.

Fantastic location with the old town on three sides of the hotel, yet not noisy at night as all the bars close by 11pm. Receptionist was very caring and helpful; I suffered food poisoning soon after arriving (from lunch elsewhere I hasten to add) and she took me to the pharmacy to get medicine.

My only comment is regarding the position of the air-conditioner in the room. It is facing the bed, so sometimes it was really hard to adjust.

Great hotel, wonderfully located. Great view from the room. Very good breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful.
