Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn't like. The room was quite small as a twin room but very comfortable so we were very happy with it too.
We loved the location, so convenient for all parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making every effort to fulfil any requests and giving good advice on things to do. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, a good mix of local Bosnian food and international options.

AustraliaThe only small issue is that, like many of the newly refurbished showers in Europe, the open shower splashes out beyond the shower area and multiple towels are needed to keep things dry and safe.
Firstly, the accommodation was in the perfect spot - just on the start of old town near a nice town square and about 200 metres from Latin Bridge. On request, the hotel provided secure parking. The team at the hotel - in particulary the concierge were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile to share. They were very keen to let us know about the town, good places to eat, drink, shop, explore and general security. The room, while small, was very comfortable and we were not expecting it to be serviced daily - which it was. For those who have mobility issues, there are just 2 stairs into the building, 2 stairs to the elevator and after that you don't need to worry further - even the shower is walk in. Even though the weather was not great, our hosts made the stay enjoyable and were genuinely interested in what we did each day. The breakfast that was included in our tariff was tasty and plentiful.

United KingdomOnly ONE iron in the property which meant delays in receiving this. As a personal preference, I like my mattress to be a bit firm, but I found the hotel mattress lumpy. This is not a massive issue as it’s all down to personal preference.
Extremely welcoming and helpful staff members. I am unable to recall the name of the lovely lady who checked us in as she was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay (including other staff members too). Spacious shower! The hotel is in a prime location and in the old town area. Easy to get to other points of attraction.

Excellent location in the old town and our reserved (free) parking was great. Comfy bed and pillows. Good WiFi. Staff were really helpful and so welcoming. Not a huge selection at breakfast (compared to American buffet style at large chain hotels) but the food was very tasty.

CroatiaIt's hard for me to single out something that I liked "a little less", but I could mention that the room was small, but it had everything you need and it was functional, and the bathroom with toilet was spacious enough and clean.
Everything was absolutely great. Reach selection of interesting food for breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and dear staff. Excellent location of the hotel in the very center of the city. Everything interesting is around the hotel. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and there is no vehicular traffic around it. Despite this, the room has excellent insulation and it is very quiet when the window is closed, which can be done without problems thanks to the air condition.
