We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The SPA is really nice, clean and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the decor is pretty. The mountain view was amazing and everybody was really friendly.

Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. The spa facilities were top-notch, and I loved every moment of pampering and relaxation in the swimming pool and saunas. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the staff. They were so attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back and experience this wonderful hospitality again!

Everything about this hotel was great. It's the kind of hotel I was looking for.” The cost was good, and the location was a plus. Connected to the Mepas mall. Smart staff working in the reception area, taking care of everything. They were very nice and friendly. special thanks to Miss Barbra "shokran = Hvala" you got an extra arabic word 😂 . The breakfast staff were kind and tried to accommodate requests graciously.
