Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe location is on top of a hill, making it exhausting to walk after a few laps around the city, and the area is not very pedestrian-friendly. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sink when we arrived, likely because it hadn’t been used for a while. We experienced a baby crying loudly every night in the room below, which disturbed our sleep (though this was beyond the property’s control).
The apartment is amazing—spacious and modern, with a thoughtful design for most things. It’s super comfortable to spend time in, which was especially convenient for us since we were traveling on rainy days. The staff is amazing—super kind and very polite. Everything was very neat and tidy.

Wonderful place: kitchen equipped (if coffe is finished,no problem to get additional capsules) good contact with the personel (very nice,warm and helpful lady is onsite every morning) close to the old town - 6mins od walking, close to the supermarket (4mins) ,close to small playgroud ( important for kids:) - 4mins, just next to the supermarket. Garage avaiable,if you are travelling by a car.

It’s very hard drive and park in Sarajevo, we were very lucky that when we arrived, the cleaning lady was there. With her help, we skipped the self-check in process, which might be confusing sometimes.

ChinaThe parking place is a little bit small for three cars. If it’s fully parked one of the cars needed to move its positions to go in coming and go out that’s a little inconvenience, but the possibility for the three cars to fully parked in the parking lot the possibilities is very small.
But apartment is located on the middle of the hill. The location is very good though it is on the hill. It’s still near the center of Sarajevo. it’s for the whole family to go around and their service people are very warm. We live in the attic building and the attic is very cozy two rooms. There is also a washing machine in the garage place where you can dry your clothes and wash your clothes.
