The location is the best, you can hear the azan and walk to the nearest beautiful mosque in less than 5 mins. Comfortable and safe place to stay with nice people.

It's a budget hostel, so you can expect different type of travelers from all around the globe will stay here especially when you book a shared room in a dorm. You may expect some drunk travelers who will make noise and completely out of their control publicly. The cleanliness of the toilet can ne further improved including the stagnant slowed water flow inside the shower drainage hole.

The hostel located close to Pigeon Square at Barcarsija and within walking distance to the old town and access public transportation. The staff are helpful and very welcoming too.

The mattress is soft and does not have a protection, only a thin sheet. The sheets were worned out. The heating in the room was not working and the light in the only shower was also not working. I had shower with my phone's light. There were only 2 bathrooms and one shower for all rooms. But the worse is that you can hear everything so it took me a long time to sleep as people were talking loud in the reception at 01:30.

The location was great. The bathrooms and bedroom were clean.

Room had no window or A/C. We could hear everything around us, so i guess walls were not that thick. The bathroom was not that good.

We booked this location last minute since our trip canceled, so we were not expecting much. The room was clean. We made a super late check-in around 11PM, we were able to get in touch with reception guy and get instruction on how to get keys and get inside.

We are aware that there is no window in the room but expect there will be fan or air conditioner. It's kind of hot in the day time where we need to left the door open so that the air can cerculate.

Since it is that close to the center, it was noisy with the traffic sounds and the room was not soundproofed as advertised. The bathrooms did not have shampoos and even paper towels.

Internet went offline for days and i had to work from macbook, book flight etc. but insted of fixing it they waited a week for it to coming back. I changed hotel then. Asked for a compensation to by mobile data twice but they didnt react. Not a good managment

A very convenient hostel to visit the centre of Sarajevo. Beware of the room without windows, especially during the summer months (the lack of window was clearly indicated when renting the room, I just didn't see it). Clean place and nice hosts.

The shower plumbing backups leaving the floors wet. The storage box next to the beds is too small and unable to fit a standard sized computer or luggage. There is no kitchen or washer/dryer.

Centrally located in the Old Town, Hostel Center was quick to respond to all of my questions I sent electronically. The hostel is in the center of Old Town and within walking distance to museums, mosques, churches, shopping, and restaurants. It is about 30 minutes away from the airport. The shared bedrooms are great; there are NO bunkbeds! The staff are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They were particularly helpful when I needed to schedule a taxi at 3:30 a.m. to get me to the airport for a 6:00 a.m. flight.
