Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was lovely, substantial and very good value for money. We could make tea for ourselves at anytime in the dining room. The Hotel Stana was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. One of our party is a wheelchair user and Dado, Sylvia and the rest of the staff were so helpful and kind to us. The location is very central and couldn't have been better.

United StatesHotel Stana is very close, about half a block, to Saint James church. The host and his wife we were welcoming and happy to help us and gave us great suggestions on where to eat. The breakfast they provided was very delicious and it was a pleasure to stay with them.

Hotel Festival is one of the best pleasant hotels we have stayed in so far. We stayed on the 5th floor, where we had a family room, which means that these were two rooms connected to each other. The bathrooms are large and well equipped. What we remembered most was the breakfast, which is divine in this hotel. At breakfast, in addition to the standard offer, they also have different types of honey, liquid caramel, various spices, non-standard omelets and desserts. It is true that due to its location, it has a small parking lot, but when we needed a car, we were always able to get one, even though it was parked with other cars.

We had two very puritan rooms, just the beds, wardrobe, a desk and one chair. But what do you else need at a place like Medjugorje? The hotel was just next door to the main church. Breakfast was excellent.

United KingdomStated there was a view from balcony and it was a brick wall. I always pay a bit extra for a balcony as I like to sit out at night and see nice view. The taxi was far two small for 4 people and cases. Didn't see staff around although could contact on text. Friends in next room. They told us friend had broken blind and it was broken on arrival this added stress and upset last couple of days. I would not use the hotel again because of this and the lack of expected balcony view. No more to say.
Very clean and close to centre. The rooms looked freshly decorated. Nice clean towels. Great showers.
