The shower was either very hot or very cold and the water pressure was awesome but a little too much and water got on the floor.

Location was excellent, staff were very welcoming. I loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom! Staff helped me take my bags up to my room and did a great job assisting a fellow who had lost his wallet.

everythıng was great. maybe the breakfast could be better but maybe thıs ıs how the breakfasts are ın hotels rıght :) overall everything was fine.

The host is nice. He upgraded us to a better room with no additional charge. The breakfast was fine. The room is ok. bathroom was clean. location is perfect. Definitely recommended.

Just the electric kettle was not in the room. But I used it in the kitchen on the ground floor. It would have been better if the kettle was in the room.

The staffs were very very friendly. Whenever I asked questions, I got all the answers immediately. They had really nice breakfast and the area was perfectly located, very close to the center but as it was in a quiet area, it was nice to sleep at night.

The streets are very narrow and is not easy to find the place. A bigger sign with the name of the hotel will be welcome

Great staff. Very friendly, very helpfull when we needed some personal help. He went way beyond our expectations. Location is super, just a few minutes walk to the fountain in old town. Room is big and cool during a hot summer. Decorations are very nice.

An adorable hotel with modern rooms and amazing location near Baščaršija. Joe (or Jo, not sure), who runs the hotel, was really polite, kind and always offering to help. Overall i had an amazing stay at this hotel!

All was great.

I loved everything at this place. I stayed alone at the Hotel but I felt like staying with my best friends. A small family boutique Hotel with very clean and cosy rooms, and a garden cafe where nice music is played, where I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and my coffee time. The location is excellent in the heart of Bascharsija yet quiet neighborhood. The staff went a way out to accommodate me and give me advice on where to go and what to see.

THE PROPERTY NO LONGER EXISTS. WE ARRIVED AT 10 AT NIGHT AND HAD NO PLACE TO STAY. PAID 30 EURO INTERNATIONAL CALL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO BOOKED US 2 BEDS IN DORMITORY....

The hotel doesn't exist anymore!!!!! We spoke to the customer service and they checked the property no longer existed.

If you are looking for a hotel - skip this place. It could be a decent B&B, but this ain't hotel. Private house renovated to have rooms. There were minor issues like irritating flashing LED light, very unstable WiFi connection and one day mayor issue - no water in room. That was probably issue for whole street, but it's not convenient when you can't shower in the middle of the summer and 38 celsius outside. Breakfast is served from 9 AM and it's very basic.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Barscarsija, but on the hill. Other than hill, location is very good. Bed is very comfortable and overall cleanness is great.
