WiFi was a bit ordinary and the one parking place in the alley on the side was a little tight. Breakfast had a good selection, but was cold.

Close to old town, easy walking distance. Staff were lovely and it was a large clean comfort room.

Friendliness of the front staff could be improved. Parking is only available via paid city parking near by.

The hotel's location is perfect for a stay near the old town. Breakfast is good, although the quality of the coffee could be improved, given the excellent quality of coffee you can find everywhere in the city.

The hot breakfast items and pastries weren't great though there was a good selection of cold meat and cheese etc.

When we booked the room available was a suite - even allowing for that, we were amazed by how enormous it was. There was an entrance hall as well as two large (very large in one case) bedrooms. The location was good - convenient for the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the old town and a nice view over the river. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The lack of a shower curtain/enclosure meant the bathroom was basically a “wet bath”. Though there was a drain in the floor, it still meant climbing out of a tub onto wet tile, which was a slipping hazard.

It was convenient to both the train/bus station and old town, situated midway between the two. The breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable.

Furniture a bit dated but can't complain for the price I paid.

As a budget traveller the Bristol was a good place to stay and just a short walk to the centre. My room was basically furnished but clean, very large and fine for the price. Staff are polite and helpful and can speak English. Breakfast was excellent with wide range to suit most diets, although get there early if you want hot eggs! Overlooking the river, the terrace bar offers a wide range of drinks and food, reasonably priced and seemed to be popular with locals too. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that are cheaper than those in central Mostar.

The room has a beautiful view. The staff are really helpful, and the location is great - close to Mostar Old Town and the bus station, but still quiet wherein you can relax.

I have already stayed in this hotel, so I decided on it again. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and communicative. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is more than generous. Since I had a day trip planned in advance, in the morning, as we agreed, a lunch package prepared according to my dietary preferences was waiting for me. Sweets (fruit yogurt and pudding) with different fruits were the icing on the cake. The warmest recommendation for this hotel and its staff.
