Great experience. I stayed here for one night while i am exploring large bosnian cities . Truly I would stay again. They offer room service, although I wish the menu had more to offer. Room size was acceptable and the bathroom was clean , they have good air conditioning. Car Parking is free and available on site

The bathroom is nice but the open shower set up isn't very practical as shower water falls onto the toilet and the whole bathroom floor gets wet.

Very large, well decorated room with a separate bedroom and lounge/living area. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is a short walking distance from the town centre and attractions.

Although it wasn’t the Hotel fault but we couldn’t sleep as there were dogs barking outside the hotel all night. Plus there were no towels provided.

A great place to stay in Jajce, only five minutes walk from waterfall, parks, centre, and bus station. My room was comfortable, modern, and attractively decorated with quality bedding and towels. Everything was immaculately clean. It was very quiet so I slept well. The owners were very welcoming and though they didn't speak much English they used Translate App effectively. Highly recommended..

The bathroom was very small, when you shower, you practically wet the whole bathroom. There is no fridge in the kitchen. The WiFi connection was very poor.

Great location, just a few minutes from the centre of Jajce and near the Waterfall. Free parking space in the shadow. Bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the room that i was in had No AC. They did not mention that some rooms wont be having AC. You wont be needing it during winter but u would definitely need it during summer. We had to open the window thank god the air was cool but unfortunately it was noisy bcuz there was a road infront of the building. The female was okay trying to understand us but oh my god the man was so rude. I was telling him is there any other available room that has AC,he said you wont be needing it. First of all, i didnt ask if i ll be needing it, i asked if there was another room that had AC. Then for the 2nd time when i asked, he said (this is the room you chose and it was described in booking.com) and he left. First of all, if they added this info I wouldn’t book this place. Then when i went to my room, he approached my nieces bed room asking random things, i mean back off and ask the adults. I dont know if it’s because of the language barrier but you are in a hospitality industry you should know how to deal with paying customers. Fortunately we booked it for only 1 night. I hope, either they add all AC to all rooms or simply write in description the fact that many rooms dont have AC, and the man needs to be trained or maybe dont let him deal with customers.

The decor of the room that i was in looked modern, it shows that they cared in decor wise.

The given phone number was unavailable. The given address was not correct, we had to search the apartman quite a lot- finally the local police helped, they were very kind! We found fake pictures about the apartman, be careful: it is NOT beside the river (the pictures were taken there, tricky, but unfair). The owner is very kind, but speaks no languages- the communication was not easy at all...
