Staff, location, view on Drina river and Sokollu Mehmed Pasha fantastic Cuprija (Stone Bridge), the most impressive and beautifull Otoman bridge on Balkans!

The furniture is a bit old, the chair in the room was not comfortable, but that’s not relevant if you don’t use chairs. The WiFi was a bit spotty, so be sure to have your own data plan if you need to do some work during your visit.

Very good location, right across the old Pasha bridge and the main sights are just a few blocks away. The breakfast, while being a la carte, is also nice. The rooms are quite expansive and comfortable. The staff are excellent, I arrived at 3:30am because of my bus timing, and they were willing to accommodate an early check in. Milos, a receptionist at the hotel, was particularly helpful and friendly. He helped me navigate the bus stops for my return journey and since I was leaving after midnight, he arranged for packed food for me to carry with my journey.

Cigarette smoke was prevalent in all areas and could even be felt inside the rooms. Would advice to take that into account when planning a stay.

Comunist style room, the room had a strange smell, at breakfast only turkish coffee for free.

Free parking, bar, pretty good breakfast, big room, it was warm, beautiful view of the bridge.

Bed Doona was very stained.

Great Location on the River Drina with fabulous views over the Drina Bridge. Spacious rooms and a good breakfast. Reception staff spoke English and were very friendly.

The rooms were a bit noisy and the rooms could not be darkened as the window blinds were incomplete and broken in both rooms, which can be disturbing especially for rooms looking at the streets.

This hotel is in an excellent location, it has friendly staff. And the hotel's restaurant is also great.

Kitchen could be better. I definitely wouldn’t recommend their restaurant.

It’s a nice place in the centre of Visegrad. Room was spacious and clean. Nothing to complain about. We even got Andric apartment with a view over the bridge. They have a few parking spaces outside. There’s also a restaurant with tables with river view. Kitchen is not the best but it’s okay for drinks.

When they are nearly full they prepare a buffet breakfast (that one was average and mostly cold). If there is not so many guests, then you order it and they cook it for you which is a better option.

Location is fantastic, if you get a "room with a view", you just become part of the history. If you are for some reason, not happy with your room / stay, just look through the window.

Air conditioning and tv not working, no power sockets in the room except for the ones already occupied, faulty soap dispenser in the toilet which was pouring the soap on the floor even when I wasn't in the toilet, no toilet cupboard to organize your daily care stuff. The waiters were unkind, bored and absolutely unhelpful - as if they did not want to be there. Definitely not worthy of the 3 stars the hotel proudly exposes. Were it not for the location, I would rate it 2/10. A place in a dire need of renovation and a change of business approach.

The best location possible - I got a room overlooking the legendary Mehmet Paša Sokolović bridge. And that's it as the pros of this "hotel" go...
