We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlcohol free hotel but plenty of options nearby (or you can drink in your room). 10AZN for a freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast.
Beautifully decorated hotel and rooms. Location is right opposite the Maiden’s Tower. Lovely breakfast. Special mention to the reception staff, particularly Orkhan, who went out of his way to help and explain a few things. Stayed in a few hotels in Baku, this one was my favourite.

Saudi ArabiaThe location is a hilly area and has lot of steps. Even the hotel has a lot of steps. Good for boys or young couples . Not fit with old people or family with kids strollers, and lot of bags. Its too painful to drag your luggage and stroller
The location is amazing and in old city and all the restaurants, night life nizami street is a walk away. The hotel staff are gentle , polite and helpful.

United StatesShower drained a bit slowly, but that is an easy fix. Also, they had to charge my credit card in small increments on a daily basis, but I think that was because of limits on card charges that were out of their control. There were no major negatives.
My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the Maiden Tower. Staff were always helpful; they gave me a breakfast to go when I had an early flight to catch. The location couldn't be better. I would stay here again if I return to Baku.

ThailandThe breakfast and restaurant staff were disappointing. Each morning there were limited seats for hotel guests as tables were reserved for outside diners and unavailable. The breakfast is a set meal that you can only choose your omelette or eggs and whether you have tea or coffee. There are very few choices and I would recommend adding juice and water to the set meal. The restaurant staff also need to be more attentive, not just standing and chatting. It is just a shame that the hotel is exceptional but is let down by the breakfast and focus on outside diners, not hotel guests.
The room was outstanding. Spacious, comfortable and to a very high standard. The hotel staff in the lobby were amazing, always kind and helpful. We could not fault the main hotel and would make this our first choice to stay, when visiting Baku again.

United StatesThe hotel itself is nice but what we didn't like is the fact that the window to our room (8) has a window looking directly into a terrace with a cafe. the window is actually at the ground level. This meant that we could not open the drapes as the hotel staff was working on the terrace in the afternoon, walking right in front of the window in the morning and later in the evening, there were quests sitting on the terrace late into the night. We stayed only one night but I would not stay in this room again. When you look at the pictures, you see trees in front of the windows and that's not accurate depiction of what you actually see. It looked to me that this was the only room with window at the same level as the terrace. Since we stayed only one night and were out exploring the city, it was OK but we would have an issue with it for a longer stay.
The location of the hotel is great. Right in the old town, close to numerous restaurants, cafes, sights. Everyone at the hotel was great and breakfast was perfect. We also liked the view from the terrace on the top floor. Overall, great hotel.
