-cozy hotel. Safe and clean. -The room was comfortable, (no view which is normal as the hotel in the old city) -great location, waking distance to many tourist attractions. -The staff are very helpful and polite.

A new family owned business with 7 rooms only. Exclusive and cozy. We booked the Arabian Princess room through booking.com. The (2 rooms in 1) were enough space and had plenty of storage space. Photos looked exactly as they are. Cleanliness: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 super friendly and accommodating. The management sent us details of what to do around Baku, their answers to our questions did not exceed 20 mins and we could easily call if needed. Location: 10/10. Couldn’t ask for a better location! If you want to stay in the old city but still be close to the attractions, this is it (around 15 mins walk to Taksim st). In addition, old city is a steep walk and could be difficult for those who aren’t used to it or have heavy luggages. However, the location of this hotel is a short walk, much better than the other hotels around. Glad we chose it! Also, so many restaurants around. They have a spa in the basement, jacuzzi and a sauna. The manager offered us a complimentary 30 mins massage and spa usage, which was very kind! Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Our favorite part of the day was the breakfast at the terrace. They booked us a taxi back to the airport that came late due to traffic which they could not control and was uncommon. However, the manager apologized and offered a refund, which we found was very nice of him and was great business management. We could not accept the refund offer after this lovely stay and respectful management! We checked in a few hrs earlier than their check in time as our flight was early. We had no problem and they were ready for us. Whether you’re used to fancy hotels or cheap hostels, this hotel fits your needs perfectly.

The staff are exceptionally hospitable and helpful, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast cooked by Arzu was amazing!! Moreover, the local is great and there are some really delicious restaurant like LaQuzu and Qaynana nearby. As a family of three we really enjoyed our stay!

There was no real downside: there were a few problems with the room when we arrived (at 3am) but these were very quickly sorted.

Breakfast was good with a choice of options on a very nice indoor terrace with great city views. Our room was comfy and quiet and the staff were excellent: extremely helpful and friendly. Good communication with the manager via WhatsApp.

Access is a bit difficult if you are carrying your luggage. Streets sidewalks and pavements are not very friendly for trolleys. Ask for help in advance. Taxis can come in but some drivers can be reluctant (there's a small fare to be paid apparently: 2 AZN). Views from rooms are limited since the building is attached to others and partially blocked.

The hotel is located in the main old city street, where all the nice restaurants are, and very close to the Palace of Shirvanshas and other interesting places to visit inside the wall. At the reception, you will find Vusal, who is very helpful and will be always in touch with you to assist you and give you avises and orientation. We could not get the massage unfortunately but he gave us a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed in a nearby restaurant. He also offered another individual room (we had a family room: two doubles) which we used for our luggage and improved a lot our stay in terms of space. Thank you very much, Vusal, for all your attentions! Finally, breakfast at the terrace is just wonderful. The space has very nice views of the city and you have to choose among three different set of dishes including cereals, oatmeal, pancakes of different kinds, eggs and the like. Do not miss the lush cheesecakes and the kuy kuy (probably misspelled here by me) omelet. Tea, coffee, bread, butter, cheese, honey,... all great, we do not know the cook's name to thank her here though. A place to repeat!

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel: spotless cleaning, very good breakfast, amazing spa and massage, excellent location - in the old city, 1 minute walking distance from Palace of the Shirvanshahs, 5 minute walking from Icherisheher metro. On top of that, the hosts went far and beyond to provide help and to make sure my stay was perfect!

no view from the window, in a meter from the window there was a window of other house, little bit noisy from the outside the room is not enough equipped with tv, just few electric oulets in the room, too small room (enough for 1 person but too small for two)
