The hotel could use a little more attention to cleanliness. However, the bathroom was an issue. Initially, it seemed fine, but after returning from exploring, we were greeted by a terrible smell that worsened as the night went on. Unfortunately, it was too late to complain. The noise was a bit of an issue—it felt like we were sleeping right next to the street. Also, the hotel is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some.

We stayed here for 1 night, paying around $60. Location: 10/10 The hotel’s location is fantastic, right on Nizami Street, perfect for exploring the city. Staff: 9/10 The staff was friendly and very helpful. They allowed us to check in early, and their English-speaking skills made communication easy. Breakfast:6/10 The breakfast was basic, with limited variety. It’s sufficient if you’re not expecting much.

Breakfast was decent. Hotel location is good and central. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. If it was only staff then i would 10/10 for staff. But other them staff there are many things which need improvement. Cleaning is not very good, there is no lift in the hotel.

It's inside an old building, no elevator. Price should be cheaper for what they offer. The best thing about this hotel is location. Also, the staff was very weird. I can't say that they were rude, but they weren't friendly either, they would almost never say hi or anything when you are passing by them.

Location is really good, just next to the main street in Baku. A lot of restaurants around, all main attractions are walking distance.

Central location is amazing. Room was okay but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was limited. Great if you are out exploring during the day and it’s somewhere just to sleep - otherwise would not recommend staying here for a long duration.

No elevators or lift. Its on 3rd floor difficult to climb stairs everytime. Bathroom/toilets are not in good condition. Showers are leaking water. Beds are not comfortable. Breakfast just ok.

Breakfast was simple and small. We bought extra in a nearby cafe. Very poor sound insulation from the corridor. It was impossible to sleep with noisy neighbors.

Tidy and clean room, spacious enough. We had a lovely balcony with a park view in our room, where we had our breakfast. Perfect location: many cafes and a park with fountains.

No housekeeping. Room can be cleaned upon request. One day we requested for the room cleaning but was refused since the cleaning lady was absent. We insisted on sheet to be changed and the receptionist boy did it himself. We didn't find this a big issue as the receptionists were exceptionally good.

Location is exceptionally good. We stepped out of our hotel into Nizami Street. Taxi came right outside hotel door. Bus stand was close by. We hardly needed transport to visit most of the places as we walked. Kid was in the stroller. Staff was exceptionally good. All could speak English. This is a small hotel on 3rd floor of the building. I suggest that you get location pin on whatsapp from the hotel before you go. Breakfast is same served in dining room (no buffet): egg, bread, cheese, butter and jam (same everyday). One day the cook didn't come and the receptionist boys cooked breakfast for us. Very homely feeling. We took bus from the airport and got dropped at 28 May (costed 1.8 Mannat per person, kid was free), bought sim from 28 May and then taxi (Bolt) from 28 May to the hotel (costed 3 Mannat). You can also walk if you have the sim, less luggage and no kid. Hot water was all the time available. Room wasn't very spacious but good price at a good location. No facilities other than breakfast was available at the hotel. I will choose this hotel again without any doubt and will highly recommend to everyone.

They started breakfast very late at 9 am if you have a early tour or visit you can't do your breakfast so my advice book without breakfast and the room is very small staff is good but cleaning is so so

Location is good but when i arrived the hotel the room is not ready then staff told me wait 15 mints then i wait maybe 1.30 hours then give me room and then he asked me i will change agin told i need to change your room to anther room it's very disrespectful

I had booked the room for three days and had booked a big room but they gave me a small room and there was no tissue in that room, no iron, no refrigerator and no water in it. The staff was very rude specially the cleaning staff and I also booked their breakfast but the breakfast was very small for them. There were limited items in the breakfast.
