The hotel was quite old and although it was cleaned properly there was an old smell within it. Some renovation are required for a 4 star standard hotel

The staff was friendly and had a very easy check in and check out process. We stayed in Baku for the F1 gran prix and the location was good in order to walk to the track and to the city center.

The bathroom is not in the good condition, first room was changed by the hotel due to water leakage from our room, new room was from smoking category, but we ordered non smoking room, also behind the wall we had staff room with a lot of noise whole the day from early morning until evening. The sound insulation between rooms leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was poor, not corresponding with this level hotel.

There was a cleaner who was mean to us, but when we informed the receptionist he asked another cleaner to take care of our rooms. The breakfast was good but not many varieties of food.

If I could think of anything it’s probably the quality of pillows and mattress I could criticise. Pillows were too hard and not comfy. Mattress could be softer.

We stayed at this hotel before and knew what to expect. It offers excellent value for your money and offers a very good standard of accommodation. Rooms are large, clean, amenities and free water provided. I was especually impressed with the restaurant personnel and want to single out waiter whose name was Isa. He is only 16 but was like a seasoned professional with skills and efficiency of a very experienced waiter. He was looking after us at breakfast very well and always had a smile for us. Other members of the team were well trained and very kind too.

The coffee served at breakfast was a 3in1 sweet coffee drink, but you could also order machine coffee for an extra charge. The car rental organized by the hotel fell short of expectations the first time, but a new provider was immediately organized with whom we were completely satisfied.

Location - beach promenade within a pleasant walking distance through enchanting streets. The metro stop is also a 3-minute walk away. Clean and cozy hotel. Warm and friendly staff, whose attitude left you feeling as if you were the only guest in the hotel (actually fully booked). The offered airport transfer was solid and punctual. Again, extremely dedicated staff, especially the administrators and cleaners. Thank you!

Pillows, cold breakfast

Nice and clean room with good size. Reception staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable but pillows were like putting bricks under your neck. Whole family got neck pain after such uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast options were good but everything was cold and does not taste fresh at all. Location is good, its near the main attractions and public transport.

House Keeping was very pathetic. They are not cleaning room properly.Third day they did’t provide dental kit not even changed towel.

Pillows! We had 4 in our room and all a huge and very uncomfortable. Suffered the first night and then asked to change. Breakfast. There is nothing much to choose, ok for 2/3 days but not more. And this is the first time i ever had breakfast without coffee included. Yep, we had to pay extra for coffee. The restaurant looks nice though.

The location is good, city center, you can walk to the Old City and the embankment. Room is clean and spacious, we had a nice view. Pleasant staff

However, there were a few drawbacks that affected my overall impression. Firstly, the absence of a main entrance was inconvenient and made the arrival experience less welcoming. While the rooms were spacious, the overall layout of the hotel felt cramped, especially the lobby and corridors, which impacted the overall comfort. Another issue was the late start of breakfast at 8 AM; an earlier time, preferably 7 AM, would have been more suitable for guests with early schedules.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms and washrooms were impressively clean and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a central park, offering a pleasant outdoor space right at your doorstep
