The location is a little far out from the main area.

The room.was large lots of space, a fruit plate was brought up to the room.just after we arrived. Staff were polite but a man was behind the desk kept interrupting the receptionist as they were checking us in and answering the questions we were asking them. He was on his mobile and was dressed scruffy not in uniform He coulld have been an owner but he didn't give a good impression. The other staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lift and check in time,those who comes from Middle East and if they come in the early morning they have to wait till 2 pm which was too boring and not good such have whole night without sleep and waiting long time.check in should be 11/12 in the day time

We stayed only for one night. The service was perfect, thanks to Feruza, she assisted us a lot, other guys also were helpful. We came to the hotel earlier and she provided breakfast free, as we didn’t have breakfast it was pleasant). The room was enormous, everything was clean and fresh, there was air conditioning and temperature regulation in the room👍. We were totally satisfied with the service, next time definitely will choose this hotel

Actually there is no negative comments for the hotel and only drawback we found was the location. It was around 5km away from the old city.

Everything in the hotel was exceptional and most importantanly very clean and good wifi. 24 hours front desk available and they are very friendly and fluent in English. Specially Mr.Said and Ms.Fiyuzza were friendly and attend our request quickly and was always ready to extend helping hand. Buffet breakfast was available at the property and was very good. Water bottles and other amenities were refilled daily.

The hotel was exceptionally well maintained. Clean and the staff was very friendly. The reception desk was open 24/7. Said, the day shift manager and the night shift manager were both extremely welcoming. All of the staff was friendly. It was very clean as well

There was nothing I did not like

I loved how the staff Said and Firuza made sure our stay was most enjoyable.The hotel is super clean and beds extremely comfortable. Very nutritious breakfast .Hotel pictures are real.We were a group of 5 women . My grown up daughters especially enjoyed walking outside till late as the hotel is located in a very safe neighbourhood.Plenty to do around the property .Thank you Arium Hotel.Will definitely come again.

I did not like that I had to go back to Pakistan and leave their comfy beds!

Most comfortable beds,very clean rooms ,good breakfast served each morning .The staff Said ,Firuza and Ayxan are very kind and hospitable.They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant . Gave us free room upgrade and airport transfer. Location is great. Just 6 mannats away in taxi from all the attractions.The hotel will book Bolt for you which is cheap.Ganjlik mall ,great restaurants ,cheap cafes and a lovely park with rides for kids nearby .A 24/7 grocery store just round the corner.Safe neighbourhood .My daughters and I could walk outside late at night.Thank you Arium hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely come again.

Taxi Arium hotel hired for me. Taxi driver didn't complete his ride but charged me fully. When I Complained to hotel, they didn't take responsibility.

This new hotel was value for money! We were very nervous about the booking at this foreign place! We stayed for two nights! For tourists like us English Speaking staff were of great help! Esp. Mr. "Said"! He helped us with Sim Card! He also helped us with car booking unfortunately we had to cancel! Ms. Firouza was quite polite in helping us with that issue! Location is not near the centre, which was a bonus as we got to sight see when travelling to and from Nizami and Old baku! Overall we were delighted with the service!

The sauna and spa was not functional. The Room intercom was not working. The Room did not have a permanent Iron.

The Hotel was new and very clean. The entire Hotel was well maintained. The room was amazing, very spacious, very beautiful. The bed was very good to sleep on. The TV had Netflix and Youtube options which was good. The washroom was very good and had good hot/cold water pressure. The view of Room 304 is amazing and soundproofing was perfect. overall, breakfast included, it is a very comfortable and inviting place to stay at. The staff is very friendly, helpful and are always there for anything you need. City Center is nearby, not that far away by car. Small shops can be found nearby to buy the essentials.
