We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesUpon check out the person (did not get her name) was ridiculously rude! Worried about missing our flight, I ran to the the Diamond Line, (I am a member) she saw me and didn't ask if she could help me. It wasn't until I cleared my throat and looked at my watch did she asked to help me. She didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay, didn't say hello, told me I wasn't getting any points because I didn't book through Holiday Inn. Didn't say thank you or hope you come back..I tried to see her name but I couldn't see the tag. Never been treated so rudely while being checked out.
The Guest Services Gentleman, Eugene was OUTSTANDING!! He helped me locate a previous booked tour I booked on my own and called them until they answered. He arranged another tour for me, and worked it out with the tour operator to take us early so we would make our flight, then gave explicit instructions to John, another Guest Services person, who helped carry out the plan. They had a cab already waiting for us!

United StatesMy only complaint was the music that was played every night at the resort next door was booming in our room until 1:45 PM. Most evenings we were tired and fell asleep, but some evenings it was difficult to fall asleep, or go back to sleep iif woken up.
Room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic staff. Incredibly friendly. It's much bigger than we anticipated. There were multiple pools, hot tubs, and beach sections.

Beautiful property right on the water with balcony views that were incredible! Unfortunately our balcony was right next to the parking lot which was loud and not as private but roomy. The staff was very accommodating and the facility had everything we needed.

United StatesThe Sea Building is next door to the Marriot and there is an outdoor nightclub that blasts music with a lot of deep bass (boom, boom, boom...) and doesn't stop until 2PM which was an issue for us. We asked to move our room and the hotel accomodated us.
