It was a very relaxing trip, but the Palapa rentals were pricey.

The ocean front balcony room was great! We needed to move, and the staff was very helpful to accommodate our needs.

It’s a bit outdated. Rooms need renovation but a good deal for the money.

Location is everything and HI certainly has one of the best locations in Noord.

Upon check out the person (did not get her name) was ridiculously rude! Worried about missing our flight, I ran to the the Diamond Line, (I am a member) she saw me and didn't ask if she could help me. It wasn't until I cleared my throat and looked at my watch did she asked to help me. She didn't ask if I enjoyed my stay, didn't say hello, told me I wasn't getting any points because I didn't book through Holiday Inn. Didn't say thank you or hope you come back..I tried to see her name but I couldn't see the tag. Never been treated so rudely while being checked out.

The Guest Services Gentleman, Eugene was OUTSTANDING!! He helped me locate a previous booked tour I booked on my own and called them until they answered. He arranged another tour for me, and worked it out with the tour operator to take us early so we would make our flight, then gave explicit instructions to John, another Guest Services person, who helped carry out the plan. They had a cab already waiting for us!

You had to pay for the parasols and they were extortionate The rooms were very basic, bathroom was very old. Quality was not there for the price point per night!

Being in the sea tower next to Mombas beach bar. They play loud thumping music until 0200 every night and had a beach party until 0300. Room vibrates glass rattles bed shakes the music is excessively loud!!

My only complaint was the music that was played every night at the resort next door was booming in our room until 1:45 PM. Most evenings we were tired and fell asleep, but some evenings it was difficult to fall asleep, or go back to sleep iif woken up.

Room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.

Rooms need to be upgraded. There was broken tiles and hallways very dated. Palapas are too close together and chairs are very uncomfortable.

tennis courts are in disrepair, they could do a little updating to the exterior of the building, we originally were in a room that was on the very end of the building but it was very loud with music playing from next door

Put in sound proof glass in the north side of the Sea Tower as we were facing the neighboring entertainment with its non stop music/base music that kept us up all night. Awful!

Breakfast was abundant but not worth the price. Many things stale or not hot. Can find better options off the premises.

We were facing a very loud night club that was not part of the Holiday Inn family. The night club was open until 2:00 A.M. each night, thus keeping us up.

Fantastic staff. Incredibly friendly. It's much bigger than we anticipated. There were multiple pools, hot tubs, and beach sections.

This property is a little older and shows its age in areas. Our room was comfortable and clean. The balcony was not very private located next to the parking lot with loud trucks a vehicle traffic.

Beautiful property right on the water with balcony views that were incredible! Unfortunately our balcony was right next to the parking lot which was loud and not as private but roomy. The staff was very accommodating and the facility had everything we needed.

The Sea Building is next door to the Marriot and there is an outdoor nightclub that blasts music with a lot of deep bass (boom, boom, boom...) and doesn't stop until 2PM which was an issue for us. We asked to move our room and the hotel accomodated us.
