We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI ran out of time and had to return home. It wasn’t a problem for me, but I would recommend anyone staying there to have a car. It is walkable.
I liked how they paid attention to detail. It’s as if they had on hand everything you need to make your stay memorable, down to a rack to dry your clothes, to beach chairs, to everything you need in the kitchen. A home away from home.

GermanyBeautiful decorated apartments in a quiet environment. On Aruba you need a car anyway. Beaches, restaurants and shopping areas you can reach in minutes. Definitely this apartment is a gem on the island. We recommend to stay longer than 1 night to enjoy the magnificent garden.

Marlon was extremely welcoming. She showed me where everything was and how to use everything quite easily, and made herself available for any questions at all times. Apts offers a lot of amenities (snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc). At request, immediately provided recommendations for eateries nearby/on the island. Responded within an hour when asked for recommendations via whatsapp. My apartment had a full kitchen and private(ish) patio with a hammock and dining table.

United StatesI would’ve liked the kitchen to be stocked with coffee and condiments if it is actually intended to be used by guests. I would suggest (maybe it was the room I stayed in #4) a mattress topper because the bed was way too stiff and replacing the pillows. They felt very worn-out.
The host, Marlon was very welcoming and helpful. I greatly appreciated the beach chair, the beach bag, and cooler to use during my stay. The accommodation was charming and quaint.

United StatesOkay, let me tell you, this place is the best. The pictures don't do it justice, not only was the space beautiful and clean but the staff were so sweet. There were so many extra touches (chairs, towels, beach bag, etc,) and everything was so comfy. I slept like a literal rock and I am picky about beds! I also felt perfectly safe and secure, as a solo female traveler that's so important to me. The location was perfect, I would recommend a car but almost everything is within 5-10 minute drive. I would so recommend if you come to Aruba!!

I have stayed here before and think it is the best place to stay. Great one bedroom apartment with garden, easy to park and close to the main road. Definitely worth having a rental car and as you will save so much money staying here instead of a resort, you can easily afford one. Hosts are very helpful and apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for the beach and cooking meals.
