I wish there were more food options on the property for the nights you just want to stay home and relax.

The location was good as long as you have a vehicle to get around. The views were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bed is was too low, like a kids bed would be, no box spring. Fold out couch needs replacing, there is only 1 chair and it is a rocker, hard for putting shoes on. Kitchen frying pans are of poor quality. Not the worse place we ever stayed and we would go back. Just have to keep in mind this is nothing but a rental unit, missing TLC.

Location was great, the grounds are meticulously maintained and it is spotless. Beach right across the street. The pool is awesome. Ursula in reception did an excellent job getting the A/C repaired.

The stay would have been perfect if upon arrival, the front gate security didn’t tell our taxi that our name wasn’t on the list and sent us to the Azure building, only to be sent back walking to Blue Residences with our luggage.

The was only one tiny problem. When I picked up the scale in the bathroom there was a bug underneath. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to lock your room from the inside for extra security.

I loved everything about Blue Residence! The location was perfect to both Eagle beach and Palm Beach and the view from the room was spectacular. The room itself, was spacious and comfortable for my family four. I also loved the restaurant next door to the premises. Anytime I go to Aruba this is where I’ll be staying from now on.

Great value. Nice apartment, extremely convenient with kids. Clean and quite if you want to go to bed earlier and wake up early. Good location but it's a walk to a Eagle Beach or Palm Beach. Overall a great place to stay.

The floor was not very clean. I requested that the floor be swept and they provided me with a broom. Ms. Ursula apologized and assured me that she instructed her staff to clean the room.

The initial condo was outdated, damaged furniture, and had no balcony. When speaking with the reservation department, they were not going to assist us. The res dept. insist the room was perfectly fine and to overlook those concerns. We refused... This was our first Mother & Daughter trip. I have raved about Blue Rwsidences for the last couple of years and to see the disheveled condo. Also, the Res dept. immediately stating throwing out increase cost. So to obtain a better condo at BR, we shelled out an additional 400.00 dollars. The condo was not even freshly clean, we had to wait for resurface the following day. Housekeeping services was unsatisfactory.

Ursala from the reception department, was excellent. Our vacatiom did not start off well. Ursala assisted with the correct departments to contact.

Not sure why mosquitos and other insects gather at the balcony and just wait for balcony door or window to open to get in.. that part was a bit annoying. Other than that, everything was really good!

Nice spacious apartament, comfortable with all needed amenities, kid liked the swimming pool and hot tube a lot. We really liked the stay!
