Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Located in a quieter part of the city but still very accessible to tranportation. Staff was helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They cleaned the unit daily. The kitchen amenities were lovely.

Hong KongOne night, we found a small cockroach on the entrance door. Didn't see anything else the rest of the stay, and was certainly clean elsewhere, but would point this out. There were also some noisy guests when we stayed (weekend teenagers), but not a fault of the hotel.
Excellent staff and concierge. Special mention to Nic, as he more than made up for any potential shortcoming of the place. Friendly, attentive, and pleasant, and hands down the best staff I have seen in a long time. Location wise, two minutes away from Chinatown tram and plenty of restaurants. Superb connection to CBD and close to train station. Pillow options to choose from, and showers were extremely good. Room was modern, and balcony was a nice touch in the morning. Overall, very good stay and would recommend to those who want a pleasant, safe, and convenient stay.

AustraliaEven on the 12th floor, construction noise was kinda loud, not the hotels fault, just comes with city life, and in the hotels defence it was mentioned upon booking.
All staff we encountered were amazing and helpful! Was a beautiful touch that they were able to upgrade our room for our special occasion, facilities were absolutely perfect, especially at this price point. Most importantly super comfy beds and pillows.
